Very bad experience. One of the staff members, an Asian short man, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He couldn't speak proper English and used offensive slang. He was rude to customers, acted aggressively toward the chef, and created a very uncomfortable environment. What's worse, he kept asking me for tips several times, which felt inappropriate and pushy. I also noticed signs that they may be selling illegal items, which is a serious concern. This place needs to be reported and investigated. This place is a joke. Don't use their mail box drop off service. Four separate packages was shipped to this postal center with tracking number from fedex which owner and employees of this center signed for that they received. Two months later, they had still not given me any packages and some recieved a couple of days ago were not delivered to me either. They claimed packege was missing or returned to fedex even though one package from two months ago could be seen kept by them. This postal center is not giving packages delivered to customers and signed for by them and are claiming that it is lost or returned when shipper and fedex cofirmed they did not receive anything back and that all items remain in their systems as delivered. The owner is shady and very dishonest. if packages where returned fedex would have tracking and shipper would have shipment back. read more

Absolutely stay as far away from this place as possible. We went in there last week to drop off two packages. One from USPS and one from UPS. Both were properly addressed and sealed..correctly. We walk up and the guy just points to counter.. "HERE..HERE!" The counter is filled.. We ask where.. then he points to the floor comes around and says we have the wrong addressing. No we did not. These labels came straight from the company to return them. Finally, that's settled and he had a mask on and has an accent. My Fiance and I both did not understand him and we asked him to repeat himself three times. Then some woman at the computer stands up and tries to act like were were being racist for asking a question. She (mind you she doesn't work here) gets up and starts yelling at us.. I told my Fiance to get his boxes and we'll go else where. The guy behind the counter started yelling at us.. "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH????" My fiance and him got into it and they called the police. I wish I had read these reviews before I used this place. I drove there today (09/12/2023) to drop off a pre-paid DHL return package. The woman who served me pasted the customs manifest over the Lithium Battery Warning label on the package. I told her that the warning label had to be visible, but she said "it's not important". She grudgingly moved it when I insisted. Then she took the package and waved me away. I asked for a receipt. She said no, that the tracking number was my receipt. I pointed out that I had no tracking number (I believe the tracking number is generated once the package is entered into the DHL system, and then printed on the receipt). She continued to refuse to give me a receipt, and told me to photograph the package instead. I was in a rush, so I reluctantly took the photograph and left the store. I wish I had not done so. I won't bother to be shipping anything from Postal Center USA anymore. I've shipped personal packages multiple times and customer service is luke warm at most times. There's one older African American man there who's very friendly, but everyone else barely greets you. My issue is that I had a corporate package to send out via UPS with a pre-printed mailing label. I needed a receipt and they could not provide me one. "We don't do that." "Why not? This is an important package and I need a receipt." "Lots of people drop it off here, you see." "Yes, I have, too. But I need a receipt this time." At this point, he was no longer looking me in the eye. Silence. "We don't do that." He turns around, asks a co-worker." I say, "Every other facility has always been able to provide me a receipt when I need one. The one in Braintree does." Not looking at me in the eyes and with a glazed look, "No, they don't. I'm almost positive this place is a front or a scam or some sort. My brother mailed a packaged on 2/6 and paid for 2-day shipping (approx. $20). It is now 2/13 and I still do not have my package. I suspect, that they charge you for a 2 day or 3 day shipping only to send off your package to USPS via snail mail and pocket the difference. I called them and spoke to MD who stated that "he could not produce proof or a copy of the shipping label". Yes, my receipt says 2 days on it but I do not believe the final label use dot ship it was 2-days at all. I will be contacting the BBB. read more

This place was great but they must have sold the business or switched management because it has drastically turned for the worse. I went to check my po box and was told it had been closed. My boyfriend keeps the key and I would just show my driver's license with no issue to get my mail. The day I went in the lady was trying to charge me to open a new box. I explained to her I had just renewed it so she looks up my name in the computer and turns it to me to read. That's right I SAW OTHER PEOPLE'S INFORMATION: phone numbers, addresses, full names, etc. After that I took it as a loss and let the box close; I would not stay with a place that's so loose with my information. When there for notary service and I was first in line, but Mr. Nizam Uddin decide to provide services for others that came after me, without even let me know, he could have asked if it okay, he just when ahead and ring up 3 people, not even apologize or thank you. When it my turn, he ruin my form, the form was ripped and wrinkle and I asked him to redo the form, because I have extra sheet of paper, he refused and told me I have to pay extra because he have to re-stamp, he said that the government charge it not him. Where do I begin. I went into this fine establishment on Saturday 10.29.16 to mail an important package to my credit card company. The line was out of the door and ridiculous, at one point I even considered leaving and riding up the street to the actual post office, but I stayed. (Biggest mistake of my life). Finally I was up next, and asked the lady (Indian?) for a UPS envelope which she handed to me. I then give her the shipping information to create a shipping label which was a P.O Box. If this individual was well trained or well informed a light bulb would have went off above her head and she would have let me know that UPS, FedEx and DHL do not send packages to PO Boxes. ( But it didn't) She proceeded to create the shipping label which I paid $21 for and slap it on the UPS envelope. Fast forward, its Wednesday 11.2.16 I check the tracking to see where my package is. Of course it still says Randolph, MA because this mis informed individual put a FedEx label on a UPS envelope. As of now my package is missing in action. I tried to call the location, she claims she's too busy to look and said " Didn't I see what label she put on the package". I called FedEx and they cant locate it. I am beyond livid, as I expected this package to be at the destination today and its not. I also plan on speaking to the manager/owner. read more

If you're smart, you won't go here for services. They are unprofessional, rude, liars, and will rip you off. Let me tell you a ridiculous situation that happened to me so that you don't have the same situation. I went in to place an overnight shipping of important papers to get my certificate as a Pharmacy Technician. I went in on a Thursday night and paid 49.35 in overnight shipping charges via FedEx. However, the item arrived 5 days later, on Monday. I called Fedex thinking to get an adjustment or return credit, I'd have to go through them. However, because I paid in this store's location, I had to go here to get my return. So I call them to discuss it with them and they tell me because it shipped they can't help me. So I asked for a manager and the information for their district manager, and they hung up on me. So then after work I head into the store about 5ishpm. They close at 6 so I figure this should be quick. However, the man who assisted me, the supposed "owner' named Md Nizam Uddin; who when I asked for his name he only told me MD. Anyway, He said the return would take a while so I said fine and asked for the name of the associate who hung up on me and the name of the owner. He refused to give me the information so i said I was't going to leave until he gave me a name. He then called an officer down to try and settle the matter by getting me out of the store. He told the officer I was being loud and rude and other whatnots and then the officer asked me for my side which I told him and told him I also have a recording of the situation as well just in case. The officer understood my side that they indeed were wrong and managed to get me the name and business card of this manager and I was told in a couple days I should have my return. It shouldn't have come down to this, guys. I work customer service, and for 10years at that. There is no reason this had to happen. He should have apologized and credited me the difference of a 5 day shipping instead of the overnight charge and it should have been settled in no more than half an hour. For the record, the officer didn't seem pleased or surprised that he had to come to this location so i assume this was not his first time having to come deal with some drama from this Postal Service location. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have been going to this postal center for years. The other day I went to the postal center to drop off a box for pick up by ups. The lady at the counter put the shipping tag on the box the wrong way, so ups returned the box to my home. So today I went back to the postal store to have the box shipped again, this time asking that the tag be put on the box the right way. When I got to the store, I told the lady about it and told her that I knew this would happen, because when I went to ship the box the first time, I noticed that the shipping tag was put on the wrong way and asked her if that would be a problem to which she said no. At this point, an older guy who has been working there for years started to swear at me. He told me to stop "bitching," said he did not "give a shit", and asked me to get the " hell" out of the store. When i told him there was no need for swearing, he said again that he did not give a shit and that the store is due to close anyway. I asked for the owner's contact number so that I can speak to the owner whom I have met several times, the older guy told me he will not give me the owner's contact number and that I would have to come back. I am totally shocked at the employees behavior!!! In addition, he told me to take my box back and that he would not allow ups to pick it up for shipping. He the took the box and put it outside the store on the sidewalk!! I told him i would not take the box and that if the box went missing, he would be responsible for the contents in the box. The lady at the counter who originally put the shipping tag on the wrong way on the box, said that she was sorry the older guy at the counter kept swearing at me. All of this happened in front of several customers and there was an additional male employee behind the counter in addition to the lady and the older man at the counter. Horrible, horrible, horrible, experience!!!! Update: 8/15/14 Owner of store emailed me twice to apologize for what happened in store. He said that swearing employee was terminated. I take his word for it. Over the years, I have frequented this store many, many times. I have never had a problem before. I have always receive good service. I don't know why this employee was so hostile yesterday; however the owner assured me that he made it right. First of all when i stepped in i went to the computer and sat down to get started and the female employee said to me rudely "did you read the sign? U have to agree to the terms first" so i asked can i use it and she said ok. I didnt like her tone of voice or the way she went about telling me that, But no big deal then I opened up my email to open a file to print, which is a microsoft word file i was having trouble getting it opened and the computer was running slow no big deal again im a patient person. I needed to print a contract for an appointment that i had for my business. finally after almost 10 minutes literally i finally got it opened. which shouldve taken me about 5 minutes. Instead it took me 45 minutes and i was late for my appointment the printer wouldnt print after making several attempts to print it. come to find out the printer was jammed. After informing the employees they took forever to address the issue to the point that i had to ask again. After fixing the jam or whatever it was i made several more attempts to print but nothing. And i followed the instructions posted which stated to print to the xerox printer. After all this i informed the male employee that i was in a rush so he came over and tried printing it out to the color printer behind the counter instead. After printing my contract out i go in line and instead of getting my contract that printed he takes a customer which had around 30 - 50 pages that needed copies but he had to feed it 1 by 1 because the xerox printer wasnt working. By the way the female had left the store and it was only the male employee at this point. Instead of atleast saying it will be a minute or ill be right with you he continues to make these copies 1 by 1 while im sitting here already late. I kept my cool and after atleast 10 minutes i make it to the counter only because the female employee came back and the contract was printed the wrong way by the male employee. It was reduced to less then half the size of the page. So i spent 45 minutes in this place to print a contract that shouldve taken me 5 minutes to do, and walked out without a copy of a contract and on top of that i was late for a very important appointment and i was still charged for a computer that wasnt even working right. The female employee was rude and the male employee was spread to thin cause the female employee had left him by himself. Thats my last time going there. I am in FL. My friend had to overnight me a package from Boston. She stopped at this location to do it. HUGE MISTAKE! When she texted me the total cost of shipping, I called her right away! I told her to go the us post office. She must've had me on speaker because the cashier kept saying the post office was closed. I told him No there was a 24 hour location open in South Station but according to my friend she had already paid the ridiculous shipping cost. I am now thinking he didn't even put my package to go for next day delivery. If she would've went to a real post office it would've been half the price she paid and it would have been guaranteed that I receive it the next day!! So here it is the next day and I do not have my package. They didn't even provide her with a tracking number!!!! So I have no idea where this package is. She just received a receipt of the money she paid. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! There is no telling when or if I will get my package which was VERY important that I receive today!!! I am going to call them Monday to see what kind of song and dance they will give me about my package. I hope my friend calls them so she can get her money back since they didn't ship it next day like she requested! Places like this should not even exist. Before the new owners came aboard I loved this place. Always courteous and very helpful. I rent 2 mailboxes here. Now with the new owner they have lost my deliveries 3 times. I attempted to be patient with them and asked that they reimburse what was "lost" although they had signed for all the items! I was ignored completely.
