I love this post office. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tommy is the best! I have never had a bad experience doing business there. My only suggestion is to ensure that the lobby is well equipped and the drop box is working properly during closing hour. It makes it easier for small businesses to get packages out. read more

I am a seller on etsy and my customers package went missing. I contacted the PO and spoke to Jenny who is a supervisor. She was very kind, very helpful and located the package by talking to the carrier. I had this resolved in 20 min. Got a call back with wonderful news and a happy customer. Service got even worse. Had a mail carrier randomly decide that ALL of my mail to my house that I own was undeliverable.... Including investment mailings, checks and tax forms. The post "master" for this post office had the nerve to tell me that I should change my name if I want my mail (which is both incredibly not a legal requirement for my mail and not required for my investments). I have escalated this fraud further up the chain in the hopes that they get fired. Still incredibly mad at these morons. read more

Wow! Where do I begin? I've lived in Randolph my entire life..Yes, I'm a "Randolphite!" So, when I come home to find packages on my front steps in a torrential downpoar that contains over $500.00 worth of merchandise in a box that's not even in a plastic bag..well, I'm pretty pissed off! Mind you, I have a covered FRONT PORCH that clearly could have been used for my package to be left. Was this the first time this happened..HELL NO! I called three times to report this. Nothing is done. All I got was: "WELL DID YOU BUY INSURANCE?" Hmmm..would I need insurance if it wasn't left in the "BIG FLOOD OF 2009?" GOD! What's wrong with you people? One year I got a package stuffed in my mailbox in a ziplock baggie that looked like it went through a shredder. It was on a dry "SUNNY" day. I opened it up and it was soaked. It was two days before Christmas and it was a gift of 1/4 diamond earrings well...how surprising..that I only got ONE EARRING and someone tore the box apart like a cougar! Gee..I wonder who would want just one earring? Why was my box soaked on a sunny day? Who opened up the gift wrapping and then taped it back up? AHM..yeah. I've had netflix movies missing, I've found my mail on my front lawn, my neighbors mail on my front lawn, I constantly find my neighbors mail from three streets over in my my mailbox! I've actually had mail from Marshfield, MA in my mailbox. It's ridiculous. But, every day..there's my mailman..trecking along with his Ipod without a care in the world...if he dropped a piece of mail he wouldn't even freaking hear it!! We use to have the best mailman ever.."Rick" But, he's been long gone..and boy do we miss him like crazy. We "NEVER" had this problem..if I was rating this on him..It would have been 5 stars.. This is the worst post office on the planet. I ship things from an EBay business on a regular basis here. The people behind the desk are absolutely miserable. There is one guy, "Mike" he is the only one who actually even acknowledges that you "exist" on the planet earth. He says hello to you and makes you feel like you are a human being. I always try and get Mike to take care of all my packages. I've actually let people cut me so I can try to get to Mike! It's that bad. I drive to Holbrook's post office or wait until I go to work in Wollaston sometimes now to drop off packages. I'm sorry Randolph..you seriously need to do something about the way you treat your customers..not all of us are mean...some of us..are really nice!! Some of us just really want to send out packages, get out mail and live our lives. We're just happy people! read more

I was waiting for a Delivery to my home by the USPS that was scheduled for Delivery on July 15, 2016 and upon tracking this package it was listed as being out for DELIVERY from the Randolph Ma Post Office at 7:49 am.... When I tracked the package again later that night I was getting the same exact thing "OUT FOR DELIVERY" well now we are into the next day (Saturday) July 16, 2016 and upon tracking my Package again it now states as of 6:17pm the package is undeliverable because of a so called "UNSECURE LOCATION" so here is the PROBLEM AT HAND!!! 1) My mailbox is on the other side of the street on a "Main Drag" 2) My Home is a Single family very secure home with a "Enclosed' front mud room that UPS, FEDEX and the Occasion Delivery by the USPS where the Carrier actually does his/her job!! So this VERY LAZY CARRIER decided that the box was too big to cram into my mailbox he/she didn't even take the time to cross the street and put the package where it belongs at my front door!!! I am just in DISBELIEF that my package is now sitting at the Post Office for me to arrange pick up of it... Here is the legitimate Gripe!! I had a Major Surgery on June 1, 2016 and I have been unable to drive until the Dr's clear me to do so along the recovery process so I am home waiting for this package that doesn't arrive because the Carrier is to FREAKING LAZY TO WALK THEIR PHAT ASS ACROSS THE STREET!!! This Post Office has gone down hill big time over the passed 3 to 4 years with the Carriers being outright lazy and most of the window workers are ignorant when you say hello to them... Don't get wrong not all the employees are assholes there is a few there that are very helpful and nice... But it's a dying thing at the Randolph Ma Post Office!!! I have a PO box as well but now I am considering giving it up to obtain mail services from a Local Parcel store like UPS store etc.. It's just not worth my time or aggravation... Bottom line to my situation is... If I wanted to go to the Post Office to pick up my Package I simply would have had it Delivered to my PO Box!!! While the counter service reps have been nothing but fantastic again and again..... it's often the management that's the problem. There are two that get involved when the probably shouldn't, take away the otherwise great service and seem to be agitated WAY MORE than necessary, whenever they need to assist customers. I always feel bad for the hard working counter people, knowing we only see the very best of behavior. I can't imagine what goes on "out of the public eye"! Ughhhhh On the PLUS side, they go home early - but the PO boxes have 24 hr access!!! read more

This post office is ridiculous! If I could give them no stars, I would! We have an ongoing problem with our mail carrier. He refuses to get out of his truck to deliver packages EVEN WHEN WE'RE HOME! Even WORSE, he won't bother to leave a notice so I know there's a package at the fricking post office to come get. Once, I got curious about something that had been shipped FedEx and then sent to the post office (FedEx contracts with the USPS to reduce the number of stops they make). Come to find out, the carrier supposedly attempted to deliver 3 times. By the time I got there, it was scheduled to be returned the next day. But HE NEVER LEFT A SINGLE NOTICE! Today, we received 3 days worth of mail after I'd noticed that after it snowed we hadn't received anything. The drive had been plowed, and the mailbox path was clear, but still no mail. After I had my husband remove every tiny bit of snow, the guy finally delivered. But, again, HE HADN'T LEFT A SINGLE NOTICE TO LET US KNOW HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SNOW! When I called "Jane" at the post office (supposedly the Post Master), she said "We're under no obligation to let you know we aren't able to deliver your mail," and then said, "You need to shovel." WTF?!? If my car can get to the mailbox, the mail truck should be able to (and, no, I don't drive a Hummer or some amazing 4X4 vehicle). When I asked how I'm supposed to know there's a problem if they don't leave a note, she said, "Well, you just have to figure it out when you don't see mail for a few days." Sure. Sounds totally reasonable. =( Like "Kathy S.," we also get mail for people several streets over, mail for other towns (I even got someone else's PAYCHECK once), and find mail ripped to shreds. I avoid this post office at all costs. I wish I could move or request a new carrier. And they wonder why they're in the hole and can't make any money. If they could fulfill the very BASIC ELEMENTS of their jobs (you know, read numbers and deliver stuff), they might have a chance. Here's looking at $5 stamps in the near future and more idiots who still don't give a crap about their jobs! read more

Most of the time only 1 or 2 people working and always a line of people. There is only one nice man in the counter with glasses and the rest of the women have an attitude problem. I've seen them yelling at top of their lungs and always showing attitude. Like if you do not want to work here leave, I am not forcing you to work, so do not show me the attitude. That is why I recommend people to go to Braintree, very nice staff and friendly. read more

You know what is irksome? The USPS website tells you your parcel is "Out For Delivery." You watch out the window as the carrier stops in front of your home. Rifles through the packages but does not get out. Drives on. Now the USPS web site says, "Notice Left." That's just laziness pure and simple. read more
