He was rude to customers, acted aggressively toward the chef, and created a very uncomfortable environment. What's worse, he kept asking me for tips several times, which felt inappropriate and pushy. I also noticed signs that they may be selling illegal items, which is a serious concern. This place needs to be reported and investigated. The Staff at this location, Cindy, Amy Shaun have been GREAT at taking my messages and delivering them to Tom. Tom just doesn't think much of his customers to actually call them back. Even worse, my signage was delivered 45 days later than promised, and only after I repeatedly pushed for completion. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and certainly no offer to make things right. For a business that should understand the importance of timelines and customer service, this was unacceptable. This office used to be owned and run by Michael Sepinuck. He sold to Tom and the quality, and integrity of this business fell precipitously as a result... Due to Tom.
