Staples is a great place and has been for years for office supplies office furniture and printing. I recently had a dilemma with enlargements I went up to Staples on route one and the girls behind the counter in the printing area assisted me. They did a fabulous job my printing and enlargements came out perfectly I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I also noticed that they started to print T-shirts at a very reasonable price I may go back and get a bunch they would make great giveaways. And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. (Almost) all of the staff are very helpful. Some a bit rude. But, the biggest problem is their internet service is awful. I couldn't even use my 5G. Could barely return an Amazon package because I couldn't pull up the information/bar code on my phone. I couldn't print because of the same problem. I will not go there again since I can barely get anything done. The manager was super nice and said he has forwarded on (many) people's complaints to the higher ups, but not much they can do I guess with the building structure. Staples has good products and a great variety of products. But they are overpriced for my taste. Sometimes I am fine with paying more (example: yearly datebooks for 20.00+) Customer service is lacking on most days I was there since Covid hit. I can understand that. Employees are hard to find or they are with other people for too long. Last night I was there and waited 40 minutes while an employee waited on another customer. Then he checked him out and helped him bring his purchases to the car. I thought that was a bit too much since the customer was an able-bodied man who could have done it himself. My friend and I are handicapped & 77 years old and had to stand and wait. This was extremely annoying to me. He knew we were waiting for him yet he disappeared when he returned to the store. When we finally caught up to him I asked my question about the computer which took all of 5 minutes just to be told it was sold out. read more

I love the fact I can drop off USPS and UPS packages after hours. It's always hard almost impossible to drop off a package during business hours because the close at 5pm. I ve been to Staples many, many time. One thing I HATE about it it's the fact that I always have to wait in line even if there's 3 customers the wait is forever (they only have 1 peron at the cash register and their manager (I believe her name is Andrea) doesn't help out at all) ugh! By far probably the worst customer service of any Staples I have ever seen. Upon entering the store maybe 10 employees were Milling about not one of them said welcome to Staples. Horrible. The printer doesn't print but you get charged anyway. The staff are clueless and ignore you when you are trying to get their attention to let them know that it's not working!! They only have one computer and one multi copier but that wasn't printing either. read more

I witnessed an encounter between a customer, who appeared to be trying to make a copy, and an employee who may have been a manager. The employee kept rudely stating "I don't know what you are trying to do. What are you asking me?" The employee's voice escalated to the point where he was yelling at the customer. As the customer asked the employee why he was raising his voice, the employee walked away and asked to help me. I told him I didn't need his help and walked out of the store. The interaction between the two men goes beyond poor customer service. Employees must learn to control their anger, remain calm and treat their customers respectfully. This is the closest Staples to me. I will go out of my way to find a different store as I will not be frequenting this Staples again. read more

My printer crapped the bed and I've been putting off for months getting a new printer. I don't claim to be the most advanced person in terms of technology, but I'm not a complete dunce when it comes to it. Anyways, I finally got to the point where I needed a printer. First stop was Best Buy in the ghetto-ness that is Square One Mall. After 20 minutes of trying to find someone to help me out, I got frustrated and booked it. I don't want to nor feel that I should have to spend over $100 for a printer when all I wanted it to do was *gasp* print. I don't need it to fax, make phone calls, pick up my dry cleaning, or do anything of that fancy schmancy stuff. I don't even need it to print pictures or heck, even in color. All I wanted was a basic printer! Off to Staples I go, the sales people were uber nice and helped me find a printer that was right for me and it didn't cost me my rent check. And the fact that were kind enough to tell me that the printer doesn't come with a USB cord was cool to. Otherwise, I would of had to had to come back after I got home and discover it. read more

Horrible customer service. Never met a so disinterested employee. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get two documents scanned while she was just busy browsing her phone. So we ended up paying more for the computer login. Very dissatisfied. read more

I'm in and out of this store all the time. All the employees are always friendly and has helpful as can be. Recently I bought a visa gift card here that for some reason did not activate. The gift card company was difficult to get a hold of and weren't very helpful in issuing me a refund. That's when managers named Michael and Elaine stepped in to assist with the situation. Before I knew it, I was walking out of there with my money refunded. In a day and age when customer service is non existent, Staples is head and shoulders above the competition. Thanks again staples. The General Manager Bill was very gracious and helpful when the girls were busy and Lisa help me redesign my print pages! They took a very stressful time and completed it at ease for me!!
