I was there last fall and the reason I'm writing this now is because I saw someone else's review of a kinko's and wanted to relay my positive experience with this one. 1. In all the years I've gone here, not only has no one ever given me any attitude or resistance, but they actually kinda pride themselves on bending over backwards to help. As much as I'm not a fan of corporate places, if they have the right leadership and teams, then I have to give them credit; 2. I went in to print a bunch of booklets for a holiday event. I thought someone else already had, but they hadn't, so this was LITERALLY a last minute request for like 20 twenty page booklets in color. I told them my situation and the guy said, "Sure, email me the pdf file and I should have them ready for you in a half hour" -- A HALF HOUR -- god bless the guy! He helped save the day. 3. In my haste, the guy forgot to quote me the price and I forgot to ask. I was caught off guard when the price of the previous order came to $250 but they were needed and it WAS competitive pricing so I didn't complain. Because he didn't quote me, he took responsibility, though, and entered the order a little differently so it showed up as a $205 order. That left a very good impression on me. I didn't complain and yet he still took responsibility for not quoting me the price and gave me a break. 4. They have internet connections there with different printers in case you need to go online to retrieve something and print it out yourself. It's a major convenience but it can add up fast at 20 cents/minute. 5. Their staff is friendly and competent so whenever I've needed help on the copier machines, they've always been able to set me straight with the right information. 6. The driveway here can be a tiny bit congested from like 11a-1pm since that's lunch time and there's a Starbucks in the same plaza. Overall, this Kinko's is a very friendly, accomodating Kinko's with everything I've needed for printing, faxing, copying and shipping.

I went to UPS who told me the electronic label I downloaded was for FedEx but it was not. Service at FedEx was WAY better than UPS and they didn't even make any money from the box. If you have a choice btw UPS and FedEx on 114 in Danvers/Peabody, FedEx is a no brained!!!

I thought the employee doing nothing did not know how to do an amazon return. I did not say anything until the customer had finished. I asked the other employee if someone could be called for me and he said "Staples customers have priority." Mind you, there were NO customers in line at that point. He scanned my return and I asked for a receipt. He said corporate said we don't have to give a receipt. Pretty rude customer service. Staples should train their employees a little better. I did not ask to cut in front of the customer checking out and the employee doing nothing should have helped without being asked.

Also, whenever I need the packing materials they have them right there in the store and they don't mind helping me secure whatever I'm shipping. They are much easier and more helpful than the post office and I really like going to a local/family business over one of the bigger chains.

A woman I had never seen before (short with short reddish hair) saw me using the Scotch tape (the only thing available.). She snottily said "that won't hold up" and when I asked her for a small piece of packing tape, (literally all I needed was 4 inches),she refused and offered to sell me some. I walked out. There are plenty of postal service locations around that wouldn't think of treating a customer that way, especially one who had given them so much business. Not kind.
