I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I am glad i did not listen to this person's advice. the worst part is that I was also charged 75 dollars to be given wrong information. i just wish he had said he couldn't help me from the beginning.

I had to go to another post office to have my mail weighed. It took all of 1 minute. I was told from a few people that Lewis at the post office can be difficult. I have never been treated so poorly. The post office asks for a rating and the clerk can see what you click on. I was forced to give a good rating because he took a package of mine. I hope he mails it. We will see. Gave one star because I was forced too.

Yesterday I went to this post office on Maple Street in Lynn to mail a computer monitor back to a…read morebusiness in Merrimac, Ma so I could send it certified. When I asked for help with packaging, I was basically told I had to do it myself and showed where the boxes were with the packaging materials. I told the gentleman that I did not know if it would fit. He didn't speak very good English and told me if it didn't fit I would have to go buy a bigger box and come back! He was also having trouble with the touch screen computer he was using with the woman in front of me. I waited 10 minutes and told him, "Fine, I'll go to UPS" and walked out! Absolutely no hospitality whatsoever! I will never send packages out from there ever again! My advice, Go to UPS in Swampscott where they met me at the door and couldn't do enough to help. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! Thank you so much UPS!

They have PO Boxes here, you can obtain money orders here, and the usually have really nice stamps and stay up to date with newly released stamps. It is a smaller post office and while there is a little side lot, its not supposed to be used for usps customer, it is for the adjacent building and the business/customers there. There is street parking across the street and down a little bit further, with a handicap spot right out front.
