He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs. Drive Savers gave me a price range that was 1.5 - 8x higher than what Resquoo ended up charging me. My brother was the one who had recommended Resquoo to me as he had used them previously and had a great experience. Will was very nice and communicated with me through every step of the process and I was so happy to hear that they were able to recover my photos!! They were even able to mail a USB drive to me with all of my data so I didn't have to drive back over there and it arrived super fast! I hope I never lose data again but if I do, I know where I'm going! I couldn't recommend Resquoo enough!
