I first came in 10 years ago, where I was introduced to Kyle, the master engineer, and Kym, the master office manager. Kyle has provided top of the line service from our first encounter, and every time I have come in with an issue, whether it was a hardware or software issue, or I needed some accessories. Their service fees are extremely reasonable (less than anywhere else for better service, and less than they should be quite frankly), and you always know exactly what you're getting. Kyle has been an engineer for over 40 years, and he can give you the answer or solution to any problem you have with any electronics, and can fix practically anything. I've returned here dozens of times, for different issues with laptops, computers, external hard drives, videos, internet connection, phones, screens, passwords, and the list goes on. So I'm extremely confident in their ability to help you with absolutely any technological issue, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Their motto is "Technological Superiority," which can be proven easily. Their office is very clean and orderly, there are no wires out of place, and they provide commercial printing services as well as selling laptops and many accessories. I'm grateful that they have been in Beverly, very convenient location, and I recommend them to anyone in New England. They do provide mobile services and will come to your home or business if the job requires. They are located downstairs now in the old RMV building, so although there is no store front, give them a call or stop by any time you have any questions or concerns. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs.
