I brought it back to him; and he told me that it would cost me a diagnostic fee for him to take a look at! I had already shelled out $140 bucks, and he wanted more money?? The laptop is only a year old, and he totally screwed it up! I finally brought it to another computer service company, and it turned out that it was only a software issue; which he had made worse by working on it! I called him at one point to ask him to provide documentation of his licenses, and he gave me the run around. This guy has no idea what he is doing!!! Stay away!!

When I called the technician out for confirming the appointment even though there was a scheduled conflict he got defensive, gave me attitude and hung up on me. He then cancelled the appointment on me. Why would they confirm the appointment if he couldn't make it? It doesn't make any sense. I cancelled the service due to my experience and they tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. This company is a complete joke. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Sony the technician you should do better and be more professional. Please stay away from Hellotech!
