As a busy student who can't afford to have her computer go on the fritz for any length of time I am…read moreso happy to have found Computer Rescue. I have used this shop in the past and the service was very quick. Just recently I was sure my computer was dead. He did too. But then I got a call from him telling me that he could revive it with my permission.Since it was finals time and I was going nuts trying to think of how I was going to replace it in a hurry and get all my work done, I said "yes,go for it." He cleaned it,saved my important work and I had it back in a couple of days time. I can't tell the stress relief that occurred! I reccommend Computer Rescue highly. Oh, and his prices are reasonable.

I wish I could give this man 0 stars. He claimed to have cleaned the inside of my laptop so that…read moreliquid damage wouldn't be detected. Not only did Asus still deny my warranty, they denied it menage of obvious marks (visible as soon as you open the bottom) the ones he said he cleaned. He then lied to me and said "there must have been more under the motherboard" NOPE the photos from Asus were all in plain sight without removing anything. He continued to lie about the work he did and claimed he "knocked off $100" which is BS because I paid $50 and there's NO WAY the work he claimed to have done would be worth $150. Granted, I'm aware the initial damage was not his fault, not mine either (it was a freak accident). But he felt the need to lie and take my money for doing practically nothing. Look at the photos and try to tell me he cleaned it even a little bit... He is a bad businessman and his customer service skills suck. Go elsewhere for computer repair. Let this guy go out of business.

This time I have got his number in a safe place so I wont have to look into the check register from 2 yrs ago like I had to do this time. Best advice I have is make them your 1st call or message.

My newish laptop crashed before I understood the newfangled OneNote recovery. iTunes, photos, documents...all gone. I handed IT4 my laptop, an old external hard drive ( I had used it as a backup until it went , well, all HAL on me) and asked them what they could do. BAM! I got back nearly everything. The techs didn't make me feel like an idiot when I explained what happened. They explained to me , slowly and with limited techno-babble, what they could do and what I could expect. Turnaround time was faster than I expected, cost was reasonable and without hidden fees or any kind of up-sell, and I'm still using a problem free laptop. They even helped me choose my new external hard drive ( did you sometimes the same hard drive is CHEAPER on Amazon if you choose an unpopular color ? ).
