Awful experience. I contracted with them to move musical instruments. I was told that that shipment…read morewould take 6-8 days, but it actually took 7 weeks. During those 7 weeks, my contact person (Kim), never called me to give me an update and repeatedly did not return my phone calls. I was amazed by this lack of communication, and found the situation quite stressful. After the shipment arrived, I asked Kim for some kind of financial compensation; she immediately refused, which I can understand. I then told her that I had found the experience stressful, and that I had been very annoyed by the lack of communication on her part. Kim immediately became extremely defensive and, rather than apologizing or trying to understand, tried to dispute that she hadn't returned my calls. I understand that shipping is a tough game, but the lack of communication and subsequent antagonism was beyond the pale.
