When I asked for help with packaging, I was basically told I had to do it myself and showed where the boxes were with the packaging materials. I told the gentleman that I did not know if it would fit. He didn't speak very good English and told me if it didn't fit I would have to go buy a bigger box and come back! He was also having trouble with the touch screen computer he was using with the woman in front of me. I waited 10 minutes and told him, "Fine, I'll go to UPS" and walked out! Absolutely no hospitality whatsoever! I will never send packages out from there ever again! My advice, Go to UPS in Swampscott where they met me at the door and couldn't do enough to help. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes! Thank you so much UPS!

They have PO Boxes here, you can obtain money orders here, and the usually have really nice stamps and stay up to date with newly released stamps. It is a smaller post office and while there is a little side lot, its not supposed to be used for usps customer, it is for the adjacent building and the business/customers there. There is street parking across the street and down a little bit further, with a handicap spot right out front.

I stood in line for quite some time and had to leave to go out to the car to grab my id. This is problematic because there is no documentation posted stating you need id for money order transactions. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time. They still haven't resolved the situation. I've sent emails and haven't received a response. They made the mistake and want the customer to be responsible.
