Been using these guys off and on for years now. I used to have a private mailbox with them, but I don't have that need anymore. It's much easier to bring them my oversized UPS boxes for delivery then to drive to the Lynnfield UPS branch. UPS in Swampscott is the BEST place to go if you are sending any type of package! They meet you at the door and have the BEST customer service! They do everything for you including packaging and they do it quickly so you can be in and out within 7 minutes! I will never go to the post office again to mail packages! read more

The staff is always helpful here with my Amazon returns when Amazon sends broken items or items that aren't what I wanted or otherwise don't work. You don't even have to box up the shit you just scan your return code and head to Starbucks or Chipotle or both I'll see ya later. read more

Pretty awful customer service. I went in shipping an expensive item , I had it packed surrounded by Styrofoam they said it wasn't necessary and made me feel like a moron for thinking so... they removed and and "repacked it" with nothing and the recipient just notified me that it was extremely damaged . The young man working in this store should not! He is beyond rude, nasty and shouldn't be dealing with the public! I am an older woman who is handicapped and parked in front of his store with hazards on and my handicap plaque up and he all but screamed at me that he would not accept the return package I had, would not make eye contact and kept saying in a loud voice that I needed to take my package and leave and until I moved my car he would have nothing to do with me. All he rally needed to say was, " You can leave the box Mam, but you'll have to move the car and come back for the receipt. I would have done so without a problem. I would rate this store and those working there at negative 5 if I could. the workers are obnoxious, rude and not helpful if there are any issues. The owner is no better and refuses to return calls. I am on the phone with UPS Store headquarters in CA right now to file a complaint and hopefully get my issue resolved after waiting months for these jerks. read more

I have never been so insulted in my life. First, the employee who shipped my package write my address and name wrong AND clicked "abandon" instead of return to sender as requested. Aka, my package containing hundreds of dollars is missing and they refuse to do anything about it or hold anyone accountable. When inquiring about my package and how the mistake happened a few weeks later, the employee on the phone laughed and hung up on me, then refused to give me his name or the name of the other employee. He blamed me for the error, refused any accountability, and disrespected me. I am so livid at the way in which the branch is handling their own error. They should be ashamed to even call themselves a service business. read more

If there was a "zero starts" I would use that. In my opinion, this store is corrupt, dishonest and is now subject to a police complaint regarding theft of customers money. Salem News report. My problem is a many month long UPS insurance claim that this store refuses to give me a check for the money I am getting from UPS corporate.
