These guys are great! We got screwed over by Waste Management from buying their dumpster bags at Home Depot and when the bags were ready to be picked up, WM gave us a song-and-dance on why they couldn't do it and fought with them for almost a week. Found Junk Depot here on Yelp (although their scouts had noticed we had the bags next to the driveway and had left flyers the day before!), talked to Leo, got quoted a price we couldn't refuse and they picked the bags up within HOURS and did the job in minutes. Not in 3 days like WM but in 3 hours. Stress. Free. Service. Like Leo said; "We leave no bag left behind." We'll be contacting them next year when we start working on the garage again as well as telling our neighbors who need similar services. read more

Junk Depot is so great, I can't recommend them enough! My quote was done the day after I requested it, and the price was more than reasonable. The guys got here on time, worked fast and efficiently and were really polite, accommodating and helpful. They took a disaster and made it usable space again! And as a side note, while I'm sure these guys can talk like sailors in their personal time, there wasn't a foul word to be heard, which I thought was really respectful, especially since they were working at my elderly mother's house. I would recommend Junk Depot to anyone who asks, and to prove how satisfied we were with their service, we've already booked them to come back next month to help with another part of the house! read more

In this rough economic times I can not afford to pay anything without negotiating. I saw these guy's truck on the highway and gave them a call. They came that very same day to estimate my build out trash left behind. They even guarantee to beat anyone's price by 30%. I thought to myself, this is too good to be true. So I called up other junk removing companies and no one came close to what they offered. Sure enough I took work with them. In terms of their work, they have 4 guys moving and really only took them two trips to clean everything out. Honestly, I have nothing to really complaint about since all they have to do is take my unwanted things away. It was quick and clean! read more

I recently contacted this business to haul away some junk from a bathroom I am remodeling. The pile itself is fairly small and would probably fit inside a large pickup truck but I have gotten rid of my truck. I got a call that the estimator was at the house and was given a quote for and entire 1/2 truck full. I tore apart a small bathroom with some wood, ceiling tiles, plaster, and I cut up a small narrow stand up shower unit. There is no way my junk would have completely filled up an entire half of the truck. After telling the estimator that I was not prepared to pay for a half truck but was more than happy to do so for a 1/4 truck, we said our thank you's and goodbyes. Moments later I received the following email from the estimator: "Because of the location it would be 249.00 I'd check out 1800gotjunk if they are in your area but I think there 1/2 a load is in the 500 dollar range or you can try to find someone on craigslist with a pickup truck that will illegally dump your construction debris in the woods somewhere." Now, I may not be the smartest person in the world but I can assure you that if someone that worked for me or represented my company sent an email like that to a perspective customer, it would surely have been their last. There is a way to do business and there is a tactful way not to. read more

Junk Depot is my go to company for all my clean-out and disposal needs. I've used them on dozens of occasions and they always show up on time, they do an Excellent job, and they have the hardest working crew I've ever seen. The job was neat, thorough and professional. They completed the job on time and it looked better than we could've ever expected. They are Reasonably priced and always go over and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The owner really cares about his clients. I wouldn't think of using anyone else! Great Company, Great People, Great Prices - Highly Recommend! read more

Great experience from start to finish: I called Junk Depot in the mid-afternoon. Leo answered the phone quickly, gave me a fair and reasonable quote, and committed to pick up my waste (an old chain link fence) the next morning. No hassles, no fuss, just a seamless, straightforward business transaction. I will undoubtedly call Junk Depot for waste removal needs in the future. read more

We hired these guys to clean out a huge 4 floor apartment building. I must say that these guys really worked hard and got everything cleaned out quickly. It wasn't a small job by any means, in fact it took 3 truck loads to get the job done. My only advice is to be very cautious of the fees they charge you. When we booked the truck with Leo he gave us a flat rate per truck load. He said it didn't matter how long it took them it was $500 for a full truck load. When the guys were done one guy in particular tried to charge by the hour instead of by the truck load and also tried telling us that they only take cash which is not true. As you can easily figure out, something sketchy was going on but a few phone calls took care of the problem. I would recommend this company again as long as you carefully watch how they charge you. read more

The other reviews can't be the same company. Run away! They sent I tiny guy who spent most of the time talking on a cell phone, carrying about 6 oz. at a time with I hand. Finally I started picking up the debris myself and handing it to him! They showed up with a truck already full of debris and tried to charge me for two trips for one load. This took almost one whole day, and I was left with an enormous mess and a good part of the debris to clean up. When I called Scott to tell him that I was doing the work- I'm a 60+ y/o woman- he didn't even apologize or offer to adjust the charge- the doofus just said he'd dock the guy's pay. I found this on Craigslist so ask the name of the company before you hire them. read more

I called Junk Depot at 9:30 this morning and they were able to come right out to my house. 30 minutes later all my junk was gone! Fast, courteous, professional and best of all...affordable! I've used 1-800-got junk before and these guys are a fraction of the price. Took two lawn mowers, tv, mattress, pitching machine, gym equipment...really heavy stuff. Awesome experience! read more

One call and 24 hours later my 3 cu yard bag full of home construction debris is gone. Too easy. Buy the 'bagster' type bag at any hardware store or home center and give these guys a call. Competitive pricing too. read more

I used Junk Depot's Junkster Bag service. For $150, they mailed me package with instructions and a bag the next day. The bag is similar to the Bagster program by Waste Mgmt. You fill up the 3 cubic yard nylon bag and place it in an accessible area where it can be picked up by Junk Depot. I put in a lot of demo waste (wood, carpet, a little plaster, and metal) and made sure it fit a lot of material. After it was filled up, I called and sent an email to let them know it was ready for pickup. Leo said I was scheduled and in a couple of days, the bag was gone. Service was ideal for small projects. The weight needs to be reasonable (less than 3300 lbs I think) and non-hazardous materials. Everything worked out quick and relatively easy. I liked the straightforward pricing vs. Bagster (which varies the tipping fees based on what you are tossing out). Although there were not any reviews of the Junkster service, many people had either very good or very bad experiences with Bagster. My experience with Junkster and Junk Depot was very good. read more

I called them on Friday around noon. I was thinking it might take a lot of back and forth, and maybe a week or more, to finally have the job done. As it turns out, they were available that afternoon. Two friendly guys and a trash truck up arrived within a couple of hours, and 20 minutes later, it was done. with no issues whatsoever, and a very fair price. read more

I just used the Junk Depot to have a vanity, some old bushes and a toilet removed from my property. They were excellent! From Leo on the phone to the 2 guys that came to my house to remove the junk, the service was top-notch and extremely reasonably priced. I would use this company again in a second!! read more

Wanted to express my disappointment when junk depot was a no-show, no-call for a scheduled pickup. After calling and texting the sales rep who booked the appointment the day before (to confirm) and the day of (to ask where he was), I finally called the 888 number after 2 days after not hearing a thing just to make sure the sales rep hadn't been in an accident or something. Good news, the sales rep was fine, Bad news they couldn't have been more nonchalant and filled with excuses as to why they didn't come (they normally don't pick up on Sundays and there were no available empty trucks to send). Regardless it's not my fault you booked an appointment on an Sunday and couldn't even bother to tell me you wouldn't make it. Wasted my entire Sunday morning thinking they'd show up and STILL have a pile of junk to deal with. read more
