Great experience! I scheduled through my verizon app. Took in same day. Out in 2 hours, good as new. There is a Nero's coffee shop next door. read more

I have been here twice for phone repairs and have had good experiences overall both times. First time was a battery replacement a couple years ago, communicative and friendly staff, timely turn around, I did find out phone was ready when I called in to check rather than receiving a notification. I originally made an appointment through Verizon and then called the store and the store advised that Verizon doesn't actually communicate with them so best to call them directly. Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready. Overall good experiences and would highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs as overall both experiences were positive and the work was completed in estimated time frame and no further issues with phone. read more

Very very slow and incompetent. I have now brought two different laptops into this place. In each case, they kept it for 3+ months then told me they were unable to repair it. Worse than useless. read more

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE in for a screen replacement on 8/2/2024. The storefront was kind of hard to find, so I was late for the appointment I'd made via the internet. This didn't appear to matter to the staff, however, as they explained the repair process and set expectations for completion (which was longer than advertised on the internet). The phone was repaired later in the afternoon and is now working flawlessly. I strongly recommend uBreakiFix! read more

Had a broken screen on a new samsung a14, called a few places none had the screen, none could get one in a timely fashion. I called mid afternoon to UBreak and they said they would have a screen there in the morning. I dropped off my phone around 12:15pm, returned at 2:30, it was repaired and ready to go read more

Quick screen repair for iPhone at fair price (less than half price compared to Apple).

the guy there was very nice, however I had an older device, an 2DS video game system. they sent it up to a different store who said they couldn't figure out what was wrong and suggested a replacement for $300. I said no and sent it to video game 911 who fixed it for $100. don't go here if you have old video game systems! read more

They were nothing but professional and I highly recommend them for your device or computer repair. I give them 5 stars

I regret bringing my laptop here! They promised that I'd have it back in a week -- I need my computer for work -- and it took them that long just to diagnose it! Then they ordered a part... it was over 2 weeks before I got it back. And it didn't fix the problem. And they won't make it right unless I drop off the computer for another week or more. UGH!! Going to a different place now; wish I had read the reviews for this place in the beginning. read more

I left my computer there 2 weeks. I called for a status update they told me they couldnt get the part (a new lcd for a 4 month old laptop but whatever) I went to pick it up and was told the tech had it a different store and they would get it to me. read more

had a phenomenal experience at the Burlington UBreakIFix facility. Courteous, prompt and high quality service. The technician James went above and beyond to get my son's iPad fixed and back and running so he could get his homework done. Highly recommend this facility which was recommended to me. read more

It took a little longer than I hoped to get my computer back, but their quotes are very reasonable and I've had no issues. They also cleaned my phone and changed the case for a very reasonable price read more

Jesse and Jalen were great. Jalen explained the whole process for my screen repair, including the diagnostic checks. He ensured my screen was in stock. He took alternate contact info, since he would have my phone. We dropped my phone off late Saturday afternoon. It was ready Sunday morning. The prices were very reasonable. Their work is guaranteed. I felt very comfortable having them repair my phone. Highly recommend. read more

Super efficient they told me it was gonna be an hour and I asked if he could text me when I was ready. I had it done in 15 minutes and gave me my receipt and I was out the door very professional and easy. read more

Had my iPhone charging port replaced. For my first appointment, I was told that they didn't have the part, after having done diagnostics. For my second appointment, they told me that the part wasn't in yet. Repair was completed the next day, although it seems like each time they had to do diagnostics to confirm that I had a faulty charging port. I got it back, and the phone wasn't fully closed. I opened it up, and it was missing two screws, with one grounding screw in the wrong hole. It also seems like they didn't replace the water seal, and just used the one that was on the phone before. This was a 100 dollar repair (30$ part), yet there is an astonish amount of negligence present -- missing parts, parts reinstalled incorrectly -- I'd just go to the apple store instead. read more

Awesome customer service great price great workmanship couldn't be happier! Highly recommend

Had to use these people due to Samsung sending me there. Worst experience I ever had. Made Comcast look good. Took my phone in originally due to a screen issue and got it back in a day, but soon after the microphone started going. Went back in to get that looked at and was told it would take 8-10 business days due to a 'change in policy' by Samsung to give approvals. I called Samsung and they said there was no change in policy. The guy at the store said it could get done in a day or so if I paid out off pocket. So it looked like a shakedown to me. Wife went in and they told her a VERY different story (and she had Samsung on the phone at the time). 6 days later (and after a couple of days when no one there answered the phone), I finally got someone to pick up and was told I'd need to send it to Samsung itself since it was probably a motherboard. Gimme a break. Be very weary of dealing with this location in Burlington. read more

I just was at Ubreak iFix. I had scheduled a repair online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived the worker (Austin) said I didn't call to confirm which I was unaware of. He said there was a voicemail left for me, which I had not received. I showed him my cal log and there was nothing from them. I understand there can be miscommunication but my issue was how obnoxiously rude this worker was. He told me to leave the store and call the number on the door to reschedule. As I was leaving he yelled something rude which I ignored. I've called their corporate office and cannot believe how poor the customer service was. Please do not shop at this store. read more

Got a cracked iPhone screen repaired here a month ago. Repair was horrendous. Phone started ghost clicking constantly and was unresponsive other times. Called to make an appointment to repair it again. Never received a call back. Finally walked in today. Clerk was difficult and rude. Told me they couldn't repair anything without an appointment. Asked to make an appointment and was told they could actually make the repair right away. Gave my info, removed my case and left my phone in their sanitization box. When I went to pick up my phone, not only did they not repair it, the screen suddenly has a new crack on the screen. They claimed to be unable to repair the phone under warranty because of a crack -- that was not there when I left my phone. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY!! read more

These guys are total scammers and make your Device worse without you knowing it! So about a year ago, I got my first replacement screen at this uBreakiFix. I broke the screen and the back glass but since the back glass cant be repaired, I only got the screen replaced. It seemed good for the first month of me using it until the adhesive of the phone started coming off. So, I went back to the store and showed them this and since I had a 3 month warranty, they replaced the whole screen (which was falling apart) for free. I did have some trouble with this though because the last person who originally fixed the phone didn't mark that the back glass was already broken, luckily the guy was nice enough to not tell his manager about this and I got it back working just as good as new. I left in a hurry and a few days later, I noticed that the Face ID stopped working but my warranty was over so there was nothing I could do about it. So then, about a month ago, I shattered my phone again so I dropped my phone and it cracked again but I didn't like how complicated the service was last time to I decided to fix it myself. So, once the new screen shipped in, I decided to crack open the phone and what I saw was really disappointing. So first of all, while I was opening the phone, I could tell that the adhesive was very weak AGAIN because I could pry it open with only a guitar pick and you usually need to melt the adhesive and it's usually a 30 minute process. But then once I opened it, which is was really ticked me off the most was that I saw a third party, unbranded battery inside. This means that they took out my Apple branded battery and put in there own, much cheaper and lower quality one. I hope all of this shooed you away from these scammers and next time you break an Apple device, please go to the Apple store because its the same price and you will end up with a MUCH better adhesive and your original battery. (It's really embarrassing that I even have to say that) And just to clarify, no I have never gotten a battery replacement or anything else, I just don't want to see anyone else get scammed by these guys. read more

In short, if you don't want to read this review, they have terrible customer service, I wasted my day, just for my phone to come back more broken. I brought my iPhone in to the Burlington Store to have its screen fixed(the only problem it had when I took it in), they told me it would be about 90 minutes. Screen looked great when I came to pick it up, when I first went to use it it seemed to be working fine, though when I continued to try to use it the home button stopped working. When I brought it back in, the guy at the front told me that it did work(even though it was only responding to every 10 or so clicks.) They took it in the back to try to see what the problem was, claimed it was fixed, but same thing all over again. The button pretty much stopped working whenever I would lock my phone, and not start until I had pressed it a numerous amount of times. They told me that my only options was to upgrade to the Apple Approved iPhone screen(paying more) or undo the fix and go back to a broken screen. I want to reiterate that I had no problems with this phone before bringing it in. They didn't take any responsibility for it, and didn't seem to care that the home button was inconsistent because if I put the accessibility button on the screen then it "worked". I ended up wasting 4 hours of my day going back and forth and missing my brothers basketball game because I decided that I was better off just having the broken screen put back on. Which they pretty much told me was my only option at this point, and going up to the "more expensive" screen wouldn't guarantee it would fix it. They were not apologetic even though it was obvious they had been the ones to cause the issue to my phone. I wish I had read the reviews before going as it seems like other people had similar problems to mine. The last thing I needed was to have more problems continue on, when I was just trying to get my phone to last a little bit longer before having to buy a new one. The funny thing is, it still wasn't fixed when I picked it back up another 90 minutes later, screen was broken again and the home button still wasn't working. The guy shrugged and said "huh, that's weird, well we can try putting on the other screen!" the more expensive screen. No apologies, no real try at making it right. Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't go here. read more

I was quoated $130 to fix my PS4. I mailed it in and then was told it was $230 to fix it. I declined the extra $100 to fix a used PS4. When they returned my console it was without the power cord, controller, and old game that I sent in with it. They clame they put it in the box. I opened it in front of people and my reaction was unforgettble. I could buy 100 PS4's if I wanted, I am not looking for a free power cord and controller. I would recommend finding a different company to fix your things. Thumbs down. Hudson, MA This is my first ever rating of anything. read more

I scheduled my phone to be fixed at this location and had a promotional coupon from Samsung for a damaged screen. UBREAKIFIX called me to change the original appointment to another day since they didn't have the part in stock. I agreed and they assured me that the promotion would be honored. Long story short, they didn't honor it and would only repair it for $200 more than what the original quote was. Be careful with your valuable phone as they do not stand by their word on what they say they will do. Like others have said in reviews, they do not do what it takes to right a wrong caused by them. read more

I came in to get my sons iPad fixed and they put a new screen on but when I got back I noticed that there was a piece of something under and we brought it back to get it out and then finally I come home and the screen was falling off and there was still something under the screen, I thought nothing of it at first but soon if was getting worse like more stuff was under it and it would start to glitch in and out of apps and you could say it had a mind of its own. I brought it to apple and they said there was nothing they could do so I had to get a WHOLE NEW IPAD. Over all there was nice workers but I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! read more

I have insurance on my iPhone, so I had go take my phone to an "authorized" dealer for repair. I had my cracked screen repaired on Wednesday. It was fixed, no problems. I go to open my camera roll shortly after to find a photo of a topless woman. It looks like a screenshot from my phone, but it's actually a Live Photo. The worker took a picture of a topless woman that was on his phone, with my phone. You can even see his pants and shoes in the photo. I called the store to tell them that this is super creepy and they really didn't have much to say other than "that's so weird. Thanks for letting us know" I did end up speaking to someone higher up, but still...wouldn't recommend. read more

Jesse fixed my iphone charging port in 30 seconds and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary items. Trustworthy and professional service.

My Samsung s10+ suddenly went dark, and only flashed a white screen and nothing else. I called them up and they told me I could come in. Reception was great. They took the necessary Covid precautions. They assured me the phone will be ready by a specific time, which was very accurate. Safe to say, they got my phone up and running and I'm grateful that they remain open throughout this pandemic to fix my phone. I now know where I can go get my phone fixed. read more

Don't waste your time with this company. I received a quote online to replace my cracked screen for $89. i scheduled an appointment with the Burlington location. When I arrived, they said let me get you an accurate quote. I was quoted $149. No thank you. Talk about false advertisement. read more

Rita and Devin are the most unprofessional , dishonest people. I was there for a screen repair today at which time they told me they needed to run a test on my phone and the repair would take 2 and a half hours. I was told by my insurance company it would take less than 2 hours. I told them I really didn't want them in my phone but they said it is required so I allowed it and Devin said he could probably finish in and hour and a half so I left my phone with him. When I got back an hour and a half later he told me it would be 15 min. I told him I spoke with my carrier who told me they didn't really NEED to run the test for a screen repair. He argued and said they did and walked away while we were talking. I waited 15 minutes then after no one came out and 2 other customers were waiting I called out for assistance. I asked what the man's name was and he told me Devin. I asked what the girl's name was ans he said he did not know then walked away. They both came back and I asked her name, she said Rita and I explained that I am angry because I waited all this time and my phone is not done. She told me she needed to stop and put it back because I did not want them in my phone. So I asked WHY Devin said it would be finished in 15 min. So basically my phone has been compromised, I wasted 4 hours of my day because it was 2 hours there and I traveled almost an hour each way to get there and now my screen is not even fixed and THEY LIED. When I called Devin out on lying he just argued that he did not but clearly he lied. I would never use their services!!!! read more

'U break I break some more' is a better name for them. Sent an iPad with a cracked screen to Burlington location and got it back still with a crack on the screen. Not sure if it could have happened during shipping or if the quality of repair was so poor that it broke despite all the bubble wrapping, but regardless I should get a refund which is turning out to be a nightmare, Burlington staff had the nerve to suggest that I should take it up with UPS. Their home office just puts you on super long holds. Save your time and money, avoid these folks. read more

Terrible service. We sent in an iPad for screen repair and it came back still cracked, after they charged us the full amount for the repair. They gave us a complete run around from person to person to person including multiple people at the chain's head office, with no one taking any responsibility for the issue. A complete waste of time and money. Will never set foot in or do any business with this chain of stores. Would give them a zero star rating if that were possible. read more

We used iBreakiFix today because my husband broke the tip of his iPhone charger inside of his phone. The broken piece was deep and we couldn't get it out with tweezers. They were able to get the broken piece out of the phone and they did not charge us! It was completely free! We definitely use them again. read more

Hi, I'm a first responder, a nurse in fact, who had taken my Samsung S8 phone to this place to take advantage of a promotion that these guys were promoting. The promotion was that they would fix your broken screen for free if you are a nurse, doctor, or health care worker who was working during the Covid-19 pandemic. I waited in line for less than 5 min. My excitement was uncontainable, since its 152$ retail to fix my screen and honestly all other promotions set up with other companies I didn't even try to get involved in. After all, a new pair of crocs wasn't that important to me as fixing my phone! I got in the store, only to have this young kid tell me that unless my phone is in mint condition, Samsung won't spend more than 289$ to fix it. Just so you know, a new screen for my phone was retailed at 152$, but I didn't need anything e neverlse on my phone fixed. Just the screen, which the back was cracked but that wasn't what I was there for and neither was the promotion for. Everytime I gave him a scenario to fix just my screen,as the PROMOTION said, he shut me down. Saying over and over that SAMSUNG wouldn't allow them to fix just the screen. Oh and by the way, if I had anything else fixed, well.....I just couldn't because Samsung wouldnt allow me to pay the extra money or the store, even though I only wanted what the promotion promised....my screen fixed. He shut me down with a hard NO 3 times!!! I will never go to this place again. Taking advantage of frontline nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. You guys should be ashamed. I wish I could have given you NO STARS.... read more
