This store is a dump. The service is terrible. The employees don't know what they're doing, and one of them committed fraud involving my account--yet they refuse to take responsibility. I would give a zero rating if I could. Sales person sold us a phone plan with the buy one get on free plan and telling us to upgrade to an unlimited plan because the monthly cost would be the same. One month later, we receive a bill that is $300 more a month. It turns out that we didn't qualify for the buy one free offer that they said we did, and charged us for upgrading to an unlimited data. The store said they'd take the phones back and we are now still waiting to do a return FOURTY FIVE MINUTE AFTER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Clearly these folks don't know what they are talking about and don't understand how appointments work. Frankie is the sales person who sold us phones and said they'd qualify for the sale and was WRONG. Anthony is the assistant store manager who doesn't know how appointments work. After contacting AT&T live chat and visiting 2 other AT&T stores, this place was the first one that was actually able to help me when my phone up and died. I worked with a very helpful associate named Shane, got in and out in under 15 minutes and they set up everything on my phone for me. Would definitely go back, even though it takes me 30 minutes to drive here when there are closer AT&Ts. read more

This is the WORSTstore with the worst retail sales consultant! Me and my husband recently upgraded our phones and Taisha Dejeses said that we also get tablet for FREE. If we are second language speakers we understand word"FREE" and 10$ per month+6.99 for the insurance+40$ for activation and 2 weeks return policy. She just LIED to us! my husband is with AT&T for more than 10 years and as soon as contract ends,not ANYMORE! Store manager didn't help me at all, I have no idea why do they need him!So next time their sales consultant will give you for "FREE" something that costs 1200 ,you would have to pay and store manager would appreciate her/his job like in my case he said that she's a professional. Before going to the store for some reason (maybe because of my past experiences at other AT&T stores) I was sure that it would take at least half an hour to get a new sim card. Customer Service Review: When finally taking the leap from a flip phone to a smart phone, I knew I was going to need a lot of hand-holding.  I made a few calls to another store and was really not treated very well.  I was lucky enough to have Amanda at the Woburn AT&T store answer my call and was treated with kind care and respect.  I knew she was the person that would deserve the sale.  I went into the store and on two occasions, never did I feel like I was asking a stupid question (and I asked stupid questions over and over).  She was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.  If you are a member of the almost 60 crowd and feel like technology left you behind, I encourage you to see AMANDA.  You will be glad that you did. read more

Let me begin by saying - DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! In all of my 15+ years of being an AT&T customer, I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service at this location is BEYOND unacceptable. I went into this location for an upgrade and the representative that assisted me did not disclosure things to be such as the automatically added protection plan, the stores return policy, or provide me with a receipt. 20 days later I returned to the location to return the accessories I bought and was told "Sorry, we have a 14 day return policy". When I explained how that was never explained to me, nor was I provided with a receipt which stated the return policy, they only offered to print me an additional copy. I spoke with a new representative, the assistant manager and the store manager -- needless to say, no one was of any help. Better yet, not a single one took the time to understand my situation and just kept cutting me off and repeating the same thing to me -- sorry, if you were in the 14 day return window we would be more than happy to. Overall, both experiences at this store were unacceptable. I will never return and feel others should be warned. Good luck! read more

I walked into AT&T store and three men were sitting there talking. When I walked in 2 of them scattered ( one of them was the manager). I was trying to replace my zagg i phone screen protector that was totally shattered. I had the receipt in hand and they told me to go on line for a replacement. When I told them that the company had not returned my inquiry, they told me to make up an email and try again. They were rude, and of absolutely no assistance. Manager was of no assistance and left the room. Go elsewhere they sweet talk you into buying for their added commission. T J maxx has the screen protectors for a fraction of their price. When buying an overpriced iPhone and trading in my old iphone, the clerk (Kelvin) added insurance on my line without asking me. I did remove the charges but I was never asked and did not want the insurance. Also, some of the trade-in money never made it to my account. The store would not call me back for several days. AT&T did get me back the missing money and I will certainly demand to look at every detail next time...with Verizon. I also think they should have checked that I had backed up my old phone. I know I signed papers saying I did, but they could have checked the cloud or plugged in that little magic machine that copies everything over. I lost all my contacts and photos. I can't totally blame Kelvin but I do think AT&T should copy your old info to your new phone. Or at least check that we backed up to the cloud. If I could give this AT&T store 0 stars I would!!! It was deceptive to add charges without even asking and sneaky to not give me all the trade in dollars. read more

My husband and I put off the need to upgrade our phones and decide if we wanted a plan for months because we have never had a good experience - always memorable, but never good. This was so different! The store manager, Ricky, was friendly, helpful and professional. We specifically asked to work with Amanda Rowe because of other reviews. She lived up to those positive reviews. She was fantastic to work with! She listened to our needs and concerns, was honest and helped us select the right plan. Of course, as a seller, she tried to upsell, but it was with full disclosure. Because of her approach, the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and customer-orientation, we at least considered. We never would have even done that before! Amanda is amazing! So glad we drove the extra distance to go to this store. read more
