They took me as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon, and my laptop was ready the next day to be picked up, back to running perfectly and cleaned! I realized the Touch ID button wasn't function so I brought it back again and they were able to fix it for me super quickly and for no extra cost. Overall the cleaning and repair was $149 which was absolutely a fair price for the speed and efficiency of the work they did. I initially went in for a diagnostic and trialed two options for fixing my phone to no avail. They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance.
