I realized the Touch ID button wasn't function so I brought it back again and they were able to fix it for me super quickly and for no extra cost. Overall the cleaning and repair was $149 which was absolutely a fair price for the speed and efficiency of the work they did. I was looking to upgrade my phone since my iPhone 13 wasn't really capturing good quality pictures…read more The last time I went to an Apple store was when I got the iPhone 13, so I had to refresh my memory on the process and appreciated that someone was checking in on me as I was setting up the new phone and transferring all the data. I got the 17 (about $800) and so far it's working well, although I've noticed the battery already drains a bit faster than when I initially had my brand new iPhone 13 (battery had lasted 2 days). I hope it'll at least last me the 4 years or so that was my previous phone's lifespan. During the same visit, I was able to take a few classes on using the camera and video features which was nice. You can find out what classes are scheduled in the Apple Store app. Trading in my old phone was also a seamless process. Finally, I had an Apple watch query and was able to do a tech support (Genius Bar) walk-in appointment which I did some of the above activities during the 30 minute wait for the appointment. Some of the staff members were more helpful and engaged than others, but for the most part everyone was very enthusiastic and supportive. The customer service is quite personalized, professional, and 1 on 1, except when you get the occasional staff member who starts helping other customers because they don't know how to help with your issue and before your issue has been resolved, and then you're stuck waiting for them/someone to be available to close the loop on your issue because none of the other staff members look/acknowledge you. That said, the Genius Bar staff (shout out to Terrance) were amazing! It felt very collaborative, and I was able to be helped more efficiently. Overall, my time was well spent, and I trust this place to deliver good service and products and know which person to avoid.

I want to lead off by saying that I was helped by Victor M. today…read more If the interaction that I had with Victor today was recorded it could be used as training for perfect customer service for every retail employee in all spaces. I was 90% sure of what I wanted going into the store Victor helped me figure out that last 10% with ease and comfort. I haven't upgraded my phone in 6 years, so things have changed since the last time. There was no attempt at unnecessary up-selling for the sake of a few extra dollars, he just helped me pick out the best phone and price for me. He immediately gained a great rapport with me and understood who I was as a customer. What I mean by that is I hate being "sold" on things. Victor, of course asked me about adding accessories to my phone upgrade, I would not expect anything less, but the store doesn't carry the brands that I like for a new case and new charger so he did not try and push anything additional on me. Because of the location of this store, it doesn't get a lot of traffic. If you need someone to take some time to help you out with a new phone or an upgrade this is the place to do it. The bigger stores that handle more traffic are going to be more inclined to turn over customers rather than spend time on customer service.

I walked into this store on my lunch break to be told by an outside security company that I couldn't go in too many people were inside (10 people) I went back almost 2 hours later where there wasn't a single soul in the store. When I walked in Bobby was balls deep into his personal phone and don't you dare disrupt him. I explained to him I was a long standing customer and wouldn't like to upgrade my phone wihtout having to pay and arm and leg and was considering going to a new comapny. he laughed in my face and told me a new company would screw me over, little did he know i did m research and went ot multip,e providers before going to the one i've been at so long. He told me they were lying to me adn that there was nothing they would do for me. He didn't ask me my name, my account number just told me there was nothing he could do. He must have really had an important message to attend to not care that his company was losing a company. Last I thought someone who was with a company for 18 years would be treated like they would do anything not to lose them. But this was proof big companies DO NOT CARE. Rather than simply say "I don't know, let me find out", he acted like there was something wrong with me. It was so terrible and infuriating.
