After waiting a little bit, I pulled my perfume bottle out and sadly they didn't have my perfume refill available to refill my bottle but they did give me a sample of another perfume to try out. The few employees I interacted with were all very polite and more welcoming than the ones from the LV stores in Paris. I'll have to go back again another day for my refill but not anytime soon since driving more than an hour hurts my hip and back.

The manager spoke to EVERYONE in the store to ensure they were being attended to. The other associates made sure I was being taken care of. But let's talk about MICHAEL!!! He stayed in touch with me prior to my appointment to ensure that my appointment would be flawless. At my appointment he was very personable. I quite enjoyed our time together. We set up schedules for several future appointments, that is how much I enjoyed his service. I cannot say enough great things about Michael. I will be back again, again, and again. It is very easy to order online, but shopping with Michael as my SA is the experience I expect from the LV brand. Thank you again and again Michael!!! I have shopped at this location previously, and past reviews good and not so, in my opinion, are warranted, but on my 4/22/26 visit there seemed to be a complete "overhaul". This staff is AWESOME, don't miss out on the LV EXPERIENCE that is expected from the LV brand. Four hours later and I'm ready to go back...$$$eriously!!!

The staff on the other hand was a little painful. I was interested in purchasing a hat for my husband and asked if they had a new one outback (instead of the display) the cashier replied "we don't have any new ones, but I can get you one from outback" um ok, isn't that the same thing?? Then when I went to pay cash, she told me it had to be exact or else she couldn't take it. You don't take cash during the holiday season?? she didn't apologize or offer a potential solution (like try to find two fives from the staff, you know think outside of the box) I just left.

We were looking in the mens section and saw some really nice dressy shoes that would've looked great on my then fiancé and now husband for our wedding day. We weren't looking to buy anything but my mom ending up buying my husband his wedding day shoes. They were indeed spiffy. I asked about the return policy as I wanted to make sure they fit and since we didn't directly live in MA we wanted to know. We were assured we could return the shoes and then have the right size delivered to the house for free. Fast forward they were too small for my husband he needed another size up. I know big foot, ha! So I brought them back so they could mail us a bigger size. We were offered bottled water, greeted kindly and were apologized to that they didn't fit. Everyone was so kind and they acknowledged we traveled to return the shoes. We were indeed sent the correct size and my husband wore them and looked dapper! Thanks everyone! Oh and we were given a bag with some stuff, a shoe horn for the new shoes, some socks and some goodies! And my husband was in awe with his surprise!

In my mind, okay, that is probably true and they just might not have them in stock. Usually I'd be okay with this response. However, I left embarrassed and honestly wished I never walked into the store. The two male staff members in the store were rude as can be. Honestly, please fire them. They spent more time on their phones and did not even offer to help check the inventory if the shoes I asked for were in stock elsewhere. I even showed them the photos on MY phone in case I misspoke the name of the shoes. Like... How do you not know your own company's products!? We shop often in the stores in the area (McQueen, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc) and I NEVER felt this way with any other customer service representative. Customers, please stay away.

I certainly did put it through its paces and it wasn't babied throughout the month long trip. The backpack developed a small tear by the shoulder strap but was still functional. I took my backpack to the Newbury location to start a warranty repair claim and happened to speak with Sarah. She listened to my concern and stated my bag was too new at three months to go through the warranty process and promptly replaced my bag with a brand new one. This was my first Cotopaxi product and I was a fan solely on the merit of the product. Welcome to visit this store, where they seem to take 'serving with a smile' to a whole new level - if by smile you mean an eye-roll and by service you mean a lesson in invisibility. It's remarkable, really, how some staff can show such commitment to making you feel... well, let's just say, less than welcomed. And to think, all this time I believed 'exclusive shopping' referred to the merchandise, not the customer service model based on skin color. A truly 'enlightening' experience that redefined 'service with a snub.' Tip for east coast ivy: it's a store, not a 1950s diner; might want to update your service policies to reflect that.

Nobody helps, only a woman hiding in the back of the reception staring at ours with her eyes rolling and mouth pouted. You think I am too sensitive? Not at all. I picked some dresses and wanted to try it on. So as the regular process, she should take my clothes and make me in the line waiting for the fitting room - it may not be the responsibility but she did that to everyone in the store at that period. I waited, and I talked to her - she heard that, but did not give us any response. She let another girl, who come later than me, use the fitting room. I found that, and I questioned - silence and no response again. She then took the clothes I picked - after I noticed her many times. When it is my turn, I asked her to pass me the clothes. She rolled her eyes and did not give me any response. I waited there for a long time again. While everyone has a basic "welcome" and "bye-bye," we don't receive any polite greeting. I am sad cuz I love Boston, I lived here for a long time, and as an Asian I never met any racism in Boston. I believe that Boston is a great city to live at and the thing happened today really upset me. While beacon hill is one of my favorite place to shop at Boston, I never imagine this kind of thing will happen to me one day.
