I like how spread out the store is. The racks don't feel on top of each other, but there is still a lot of different options and inventory out. Last time I went in I was specifically looking for my bridal shower. I originally ordered some dresses online but ultimately had to return them. I called the store the day before to ask a question and spoke with Pilar. I told her my reasons for shopping and the next day when I went in she helped me pull so more dresses. She even checked the back for items not out on the floor. She was fantastic and everyone I interacted with that day was as well. I've enjoyed visiting this location and I will continue to do so!

Sometimes their clothes are overpriced but you have to take it for what it is. Is it worth it to spend $80-$100 on a sundress you will wear all summer? Yes. I think it's because apparently they use one name/logo to produce 2 lines (this is what I heard from a clerk there) 1 line goes to wal*mart (OK, he didn't say wal*mart, but I think he meant something like wal*mart) and is totally different from what comes out in these Guess stores. Anyway... I have one purse with a giant, blinged-out G hanging off of it, and I'd prefer it if people believed it stood for "Gansta." There are things you can buy here without outrageous logos. The service... seems appropriate enough. Anyway, I find this place to be pretty reasonably priced. Come on, you already decided to go shopping on Newbury St... what were you expecting? If you're looking for a purse that you can afford to soak in gin and a pair of hot stilettos that can be stepped on without getting your heart broken, this place is great.

My hotel was right next to the Copley Place, so I walked around the mall and saw Louis Vuitton…read morestore here. I have been very interested in the Boite Chapeau bag and I saw they had a similar round box handbag (Scott) in the display, so I walked to check it out. It's not my first time to walk into a Louis Vuitton store, as I used to visit the stores in France and in Japan. I understand that I would have to wait for an available sales associate to show me the item, so I waited patiently. A lady, who looked like a store manager or more higher up, came to tell me that everybody was busy at that time and that she would have someone help me soon. Sure, no problem. I wasn't in rush, so I waited. I am not sure if she was really assigning anyone to me, but somehow I saw a few sales associates just finished with their customers, when I thought someone would come over, nobody came. That lady walked by me a few times without any eye contact with me. It could be that I was in a very casual outfit with a cheap LeSportSac crossbody bag. I waited and waited for a long time, and I kind of got a feeling that they didn't care about me. At one point, that lady was talking to other staff and looked at me. I guess they were talking about me. I just don't know if she was trying to ask someone to help me. Because I waited for a long time, a sales associate whose name was Sung came over and told me that she would be finishing up with her client and would be able to help me soon. Later Sung showed me the bag I wanted to see, but it turned out that it wasn't something I really wanted. Sung listened carefully about what I was looking for and suggested a few items to me. She also searched their inventory to see if anything that could interest me. She was very patient and friendly. I ended up buying one bag that I didn't to plan to, but I was very happy with my purchase. I actually used the bag during the trip. If I go back to Boston, I would definitely go back to find Sung to buy another bag. I would give 5 stars to Sung, who's a great sales associate. However, I need to deduct one star for the lady who promised to assign someone to me but ignored me.

On October 25, at approximately 3:00 p.m., I visited the Louis Vuitton store in the Copley Square…read morearea of Boston, Massachusetts, to purchase Ambre Levant. What I had hoped would be a memorable shopping experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 10 to 20 minutes before being assisted. Only two sales associates appeared to be serving customers, while another employee recorded the names of those waiting. Although I knew exactly what I intended to purchase, I understand that a wait is sometimes unavoidable. The greater disappointment was the service that followed. The associate who assisted me had blond hair and ear piercings. I believe his name may have been Alton, although I cannot recall it with certainty. His manner was unwelcoming, and his attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. After purchasing a $485 fragrance, I was handed a Louis Vuitton paper shopping bag containing the perfume, with no tissue paper or any apparent attention to presentation. For a purchase at this price, from a house with Louis Vuitton's reputation, I expected greater care. I also requested two fragrance samples, one of Myriad and another of Albi. I was told that no samples were available at the time. I then politely asked whether I could have 10 fragrance testing strips for my own use. That request was also declined. The explanation I received was that the strips carried the Louis Vuitton name and logo, and the store did not want them circulating outside its premises. I found that explanation difficult to understand. The shopping bag I was given prominently displayed the same name, as did the fragrance I had just purchased. The reasoning seemed inconsistent and left me feeling that a modest request had been dismissed without a credible explanation. I have purchased from Louis Vuitton before, including through this location and online. On this occasion, I wanted to experience shopping in person and enjoy the service I associated with the brand. Instead, the wait, the associate's attitude, the presentation of my purchase, and the handling of my requests made this the most disappointing retail experience I can recall. I left feeling deeply let down by a brand I had chosen to support.

There are so many ugly people yelling and complaining, while all us hot people stand and wait patiently. This one see you next Tuesday harassed one of the workers for the ENTIRE time I've been here (I'm still in the store, it's been about an hour) and he has been such a sweetheart to this absolute witch! The woman thankfully woke up before EMS got here, and don't worry, that evil lady was still yelling and complaining that the artist for the collab wasn't here while a woman is ON THE GROUND! First off the sales person Jen who took my information gives you a cell phone number to communicate through to give you updates. She barely replied when I asked for status. She also under delivered on her promise. I was told the bags would be looked at within 2 weeks to diagnose what needs to be repaired. After having my bags for 2 weeks and hearing nothing, and not responding to me, she finally replied after repeated texts. She told me the person who looks at the bags was out for 2 weeks. And it would be another 2 weeks before they could get back to me. When they were finally looked at, no one called me to tell me that. I also repeatedly tried to call customer service. The store has no phone. Customer service only emails them when you call in. And tries to get them to call you. After i repeatedly did this, and started to drive there, they called me. To which i didn't answer as i was already 1 hour into my Friday afternoon drive into Boston. I spoke to who i assume was the store manager. He was awful. Had a terrible attitude. Zero apologies after i explained my treatment. I was at their mercy to get my Bags repaired. I paid for the repairs and they were sent off. The wouldn't even pay for my copley mall parking. When they were finally ready a month later i picked them up. This time still no one offered to pay for my parking. And the sales associate made a joke about buying another bag. This store is the reason people now purchase online. I will never give my commission to any sales people that work in that store! I tried to report it to HQ in NJ, and they sent some admin to call me back, who also had an attitude. It's amazing that they treat people that way and get away with it. I hope it closes in Copley and they all end up working at TJMAXX.
