If I can give this place a negative star I will. Be careful not letting them running your credit. They opened 3 lines without my consent. I'm stuck with a bill of 3 lines I'm not aware of. T Mobile in Stoneham is awesome, these guys are a great team! I have been going to this store for around 15 years. Probably more now that I think about it. Great employees from the manager to the staff ! Very knowledgeable and helpful. A few of the guys have been there at least 10 years. John has become a friend over the years always very helpful when I have these odd issues with my phone. I can't say enough about this location and the guys there! Answering all questions, suggestions to have the phone users have best experience with their new device and superb conversationalist. Making you feel welcome during the waiting process of phone updates etc. Also, I never felt pressured but his knowledge made me feel comforted. OMG, I where do I even start? I have been back and forth to my local T-Mobile store, and have literally spent HOURS on the phone trying to get my phone repaired. I recently dropped my phone, and cracked the screen. On the very first page of my "Protection Plan", it states that cracked screen repair is $29. So I went to the Wilmington site, and the person there said I should bring it in, and they would just swap it out with a new one. I didn't have time right then to wait, so I said I would come back. When I went back, a different person told me they're not a repair center, she shouldn't have told me that, and she no longer works there. He also said I have to initiate a claim before any work can be done. So I tried to start a claim online, since reaching anyone by phone was very difficult. I filled out the form, and it said I had to pay $99 and they would send a phone to me. What??? I don't want another phone--I just want this one repaired under the protection plan that I've been paying for every month. Hmmm...no option to do that. I called back the store, and was told to just go to a repair center and they would fix it for me for the $29. Okay, I called the repair center, but no, they cannot fix it until I get an approved claim. I explained that I TRIED that--they won't let me repair it, only replace it, and there's no real person to speak with online. Finally, I called and waited on hold forever, and finally spoke with a supervisor at Assurant (the protection plan) who said the repair center I spoke with doesn't exist in their system. I called the repair center back and they said, "Of course we're in the system! We just did five repairs yesterday under the Assurant plan" This went on and on, back and forth, with no resolution. I finally decided that I had already spent well over the $99 in my time wasted trying to use my "Protection Plan", and told them to go ahead and send me a replacement phone. I am willing to bet it will not be a new one, and probably a refurbished one. Dealing with T-Mobile has to have been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. read more

Very incompetent staff. Was not happy with the customer service or the lack of care that the staff gave to me while picking a phone out. First off, I understand that they have to push their products, but when I come in and say I'm here to buy a phone, don't push me by saying I should wait two months for the newest phone and then give me attitude when I don't want to do that. Second, I specifically ask for a certain phone and then am asked do I CURRENTLY have a regular or a plus. I answered I have a regular, then several minutes later they come out with a regular phone which I didn't want. I told them I wanted the plus which is what I stated earlier and then I'm told I have to wait 30 more minutes for whatever reason. Another thing, and forgive me for being a prude, but when you sell me a glass protection screen and offer to put it on for me, have the decency to clean the finger prints off the screen before handing me my $700 phone. read more
