I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. The employees are great I could name a few but if I do that then I might miss someone and offend them. I've been in there so often they recognize my face as a frequent customer. I've never felt the need to raise my voice nor do I ever think that will happen at this location. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know something they go out of their way to find out and help you. I try not to go to any other location because I feel like the service just wouldn't be as good. I've seen other customers yell curse words at the employees and other various unkind sayings. I think some people forget they are human and have feelings. When something is broken, Verizon or Apple has certain rules to abide by and it's not the employees fault that they can only do so much to help. The employees have kept calm while taking the verbal abuse (which is not right since Verizon is not Comcast just saying). Cursing someone out while it helps you vent it's not behavior that should have to be tolerated by the employees at the store trying to help you. They really do everything within their power and go beyond what normal retail employees would do to help. I've seen it and I've been on the receiving end as well. These are good hardworking funny people who I think are worth the time going in to let help you.

I worked with Antonio Curiale. Once he determined it was indeed broken, he gave me options - pointing me to a place that may be able to fix (he actually called them and stayed on hold until they picked up!) - or seeing if i can turn in for early upgrade - or purchase a wireless charging pad, etc. He also looked at my plan and saw i was paying too much! I didnt need all that data. saving $25 a month now. AND i explained how i use phone alot to download pics, so i use charger alot to plug into my computer. he took the time to show me how to use google drive, which eliminates that step.
