I was nervous…read moreabout it because there were so few reviews and I would have had to put down a lot of money and hope the company would be legitimate. I spoke with Joel on the phone 4 or 5 times asking questions before the day of the event. He was okay with making some last minute adjustments (changing time and location of pick up and drop off) without no trouble. He was responsive by email and sent me adjustments to the contract as needed. Our driver Kevin came and was super friendly and accommodating (which is really a treat for a huge group of 23 year olds with many coolers and eager to have a good time) throughout the ride. While we tailgated, Kevin just asked for a burger and was happy to stick around and allow us on and off the bus to get our stuff. We left right on time from the stadium and he was open to taking back roads to alleviate some traffic which was a big plus. Someone left a phone on the bus and the driver called immediately to tell us, and Joel was there the next day to help us pick it up. That really impressed me. All in all the day was a big success. A few small things caused 4 rather than 5 star review: 1. The 50% deposit included ALL of the 20% tip. Ultimately I explained to the bus driver that we would be tipping at the end (and tipped over the 20%), but I wanted the option to make that decision after the service was provided. I asked for the contract to be changed to make sure our balance did not include the tip, but the driver's copy indicated that he must collect all of it at the time of pick up. Our driver was good about this, but I was disappointed that it was not corrected. 2. Joel called the day of the trip and said we would be getting upgraded to bus with AC and when the bus arrived, we asked about the AC and he said there was no AC. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit confused about that. Mostly, this is a great company, so don't let the limited reviews dissuade you from using them!

Window displays draw you in, but once inside it's a quick lap and you're done. Definitely not a place you'll get lost digging through hidden treasures--unless you consider Funko Pops a rare find. The staff? Friendly, technically. If they talk to you at all. Some days you'll get a warm hello, other days you'll wonder if you accidentally broke into the store after hours. Overall: it's fine. The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!
