So, every two weeks I place an online order, and they tell me when it's ready for pick up. Now this…read moretime they say order is ready. I get there and they roll out the cart. I know my order had 6 items and the cart had 5. I tell them they go look and tell me that item is out. They go to the register and reprint the invoice which shows the one item deleted. I go home and by chance I glance at the invoice and compare it to the original that I have. The new invoice with the deleted item is the same total as the original. I call them they say call corporate, so I do. They see the mistake and I was told it was adjusted, I say thank you. Three days later I look online at my visa. No adjusted price. I call corporate again and now they say it could be seven to ten days before it shows on my visa. Three weeks later it still isn't there. WATCH YOUR INVOIVES VERY CLOSELY!!!!!!

I have seen this hardware go from one place to another, its current status is the best it's ever been. They offer incredible value and service on small gas engines. I have purchased a chainsaw, a Weedwhacker, and a blower from them, they have all been great. They are STIHL products, compared to other local small gas engine companies, this has been the best value. They recently fixed my pull start for $25. Where else can you have somebody work on your stuff for $25? I'm very grateful to have the store only a few miles from my house. They have a convenient section of common wood and other things that contractors may need locally so they do not have to go to the big box stores. On one occasion, I purchased a vacuum. And they price match the vacuum to Walmart which I thought was pretty good. Keep up the great work, We are very grateful to have you here in our neighborhood.

My installer puts the door in and notices the extensions for a storm door we're never installed. So we check our paperwork and sure as anything they were on our invoice. Call my sales rep at JL and he realized they made a mistake. No problem he said we will have them out to you in two weeks and installed. Now let's fast forward , it is August and I still don't have them. I would call every two weeks, never would get an answer, left voicemails never a call back. My installer would call and everytime he would get a call back he would receive an email. No apologies nothing . Finally we had enough of this terrible service. I got a call in the morning from my installer and he said you need to call and give your CC # so you can get a $200 dollar refund and I will pick the parts up and install it myself. So I call and guess what no answer , but I left a vmail and guess what got a call back in two seconds which means he was sitting right next to his phone. He calls me up , no sorry no apology literally just said hi I'm ready for your CC #. I will never use this company again , Oh and I'm installing 3 more doors in my house this year and was planning on using them if it wasn't for this. Absolute jokes , spent 1600 on a door and they treat customers horrible. The only positive from the whole situation was the manager Peter that I spoke with. He was a good guy and finally started getting me some answers.

My husband has rented a KX080 excavator for the weekend. The team brought it out to us and could not have been easier to work with.
