I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

They also were not installed per manufacturer guidelines in regard to climate control. Yet, somehow what we have is 'normal' though it isn't. We specifically asked when selecting our flooring product what quality we could expect from the manufacturer and if it was worth it to spend more on a more boutique manufacturer but were assured by NWP that the manufacturer was fine and they had no quality issues. Of course, since we constantly felt like we were a burden to the associate helping us at the time maybe they just didn't feel like dealing with us and instead wanted to rush us out. Either way, run far and run fast.

In particular, the girl working the paint section of the store was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about paint, primer and best painting practices. I'm a thorough amateur at this, so all of the assistance she provided was invaluable. I found the prices to be a bit higher than Lowe's/Home Depot but to me the service more than made up for the couple dollars I would have saved. I will be back.

They ask you what you are looking for and started a design so you can see what the shed will look like. I know I wanted a big shed,14X22 and a ton of big insulated windows as I wanted to winterize it. At the end of the design we had a shed that we were VERY happy with. We ordered it and it ONLY took approx 3 weeks to be delivered! They brought it out to the house on a trailer. It was partially assembled and took no time to build...It was exactly what I asked for and VERY HI QUALITY. These people are 100% professional emailing us all along the way. We even wanted a specific size window and found some at Cyr Lumber. The salesman at Post Woodworking went a looked at them to let us know if they would work, and then we bought them and had delivered to Post. We shopped at two places, one in Methuen Mass and also at Reeds Ferry in Hudson NH and noticed the quality of the build and materials used were not as good as Post Woodworking!
