So, every two weeks I place an online order, and they tell me when it's ready for pick up. Now this time they say order is ready. I get there and they roll out the cart. I know my order had 6 items and the cart had 5. I tell them they go look and tell me that item is out. They go to the register and reprint the invoice which shows the one item deleted. I go home and by chance I glance at the invoice and compare it to the original that I have. The new invoice with the deleted item is the same total as the original. I call them they say call corporate, so I do. They see the mistake and I was told it was adjusted, I say thank you. Three days later I look online at my visa. No adjusted price. I call corporate again and now they say it could be seven to ten days before it shows on my visa. Three weeks later it still isn't there. WATCH YOUR INVOIVES VERY CLOSELY!!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service. Saw a fire pit I wanted but was missing attachment bolt. Asked a employee if they had them. Waited 23 minutes. Decided to buy it anyway. The person comes back with a totally clueless girl. She told us she was waiting for us but when she went outside could not see our truck in front with the tailgate down. (We couldn't load it after our purchases because it was locked up.) therefore prolonging our wait. She went on and on how she was there waiting for us. However I had to go inside the store, ask the clerk at the register for help again, he had to stop ringing & get help from the back of the store. Then she came out, she blew by me went in the opposite direction of where we were ready to load. As she was going on and on blabbering she knew about us and how she was waiting for us. WHAT?!?! I told my husband "I can't listen to her shit anymore" and got in the truck. She yelled at & came at me like she was gonna throw punch's. We left Psycho babble bubble head tractor supply employee in the parking after said bolt boy unlocked the fire pit. Will never shop there again. It's not safe! read more

Excellent service! Needed to get a trailer hitch ball off a hitch. They spent 20-30 minutes trying several solutions and finally were able to get the ball off the hitch. Great knowledge and "get it done" customer service! Thank you! read more

I guess if you are in a pinch and need a tool or something, this place is great. But it is just another Harbor Freight Tools type of place that has just a bit more than tools. One thing I found bothersome was the overwhelming stench of cheap Communist China plastic. At one point I could feel myself gag, and the smell stayed on my clothes for a while. read more

In May of 2015 we purchased a Cub Cadet mower from Tractor Supply. From day one it ran terrible. We tried to return it to the store a few times and they wouldn't stand behind their product. They said we had to take it to Portsmouth NH for repair. It was impossible to get parts there and they never called us back when we asked to order parts. We called the Cub Cadet factory a number of times with no response from them either. 5 trips from Danvers to Portsmouth with no satisfaction. Brought it back a few days ago and they said they would not honor the warranty after this time. The store in Portsmouth did their best to fix it but this machine is nothing but junk. I would not recommend a Cub Cadet mower plus they should get more conscientious employees who know how to satisfy customers. read more

I was very disappointed with my first visit to this brand new store. First, some creepy guy followed me up and down 2 aisles. I wanted a belt for my lawn tractor, but there was no catalogue there. I would have tried on hats, but no mirror there. The place was packed with employees, one went by me in a flash saying he would castigate some girl for something...but as I went up and down, not one person ever welcomed me, asked if thy could help, or made even slight effort to show any interest in serving. That's the attitude the Coop shows. Now we have another place with an unwelcome mat..and they wonder why we are all buying on line??? TSC has shown a vast improvement within the past year. The employees in the front seem to be much more proficient in sales, and managers are always willing to help you if you have a question. Quite happy how easy it is to get farm-related supplies or help here now. read more
