I finally was able to locate the product I needed but it was a short distance away around 30 minutes. I have not been to this town since the 1990's. Well, I got lost; my car has a 2010 GPS, it was dusk, almost no street lighting and unless you live in New England, the roads along the coastal towns are based on the old cow paths. The store was closed when I got there, I did leave a voice mail to let them know I would come in the morning but would call to see if they still had it because it was their last one. I deciuded to drive home and a few minutes later, I got a phone call from the store, saying they would wait for me and to call if I got lost again. I did ,but was only yards away. I always prefer to go to a small family owned business; it has been my experience that they take a personal interest and try the best to help you find the right products and go that extra mile. I am so grateful, because not only was the product unavailable my hometown Ace Hardware, Walmart, Home Depot or Lowes and even on Amazon. Now I now what I need it and will install tomorrow, just in time for winter to return!!

I have purchased a chainsaw, a Weedwhacker, and a blower from them, they have all been great. They are STIHL products, compared to other local small gas engine companies, this has been the best value. They recently fixed my pull start for $25. Where else can you have somebody work on your stuff for $25? I'm very grateful to have the store only a few miles from my house. They have a convenient section of common wood and other things that contractors may need locally so they do not have to go to the big box stores. On one occasion, I purchased a vacuum. So, every two weeks I place an online order, and they tell me when it's ready for pick up. Now this…read moretime they say order is ready. I get there and they roll out the cart. I know my order had 6 items and the cart had 5. I tell them they go look and tell me that item is out. They go to the register and reprint the invoice which shows the one item deleted. I go home and by chance I glance at the invoice and compare it to the original that I have. The new invoice with the deleted item is the same total as the original. I call them they say call corporate, so I do. They see the mistake and I was told it was adjusted, I say thank you. Three days later I look online at my visa. No adjusted price. I call corporate again and now they say it could be seven to ten days before it shows on my visa. Three weeks later it still isn't there. WATCH YOUR INVOIVES VERY CLOSELY!!!!!!
