I should of been leery when they began by smashing thru the wall into a closet breaking several glass items ( the son didn't know what was on the other side, nor did he check... They installed the tub with a gap of about an inch along the back wall. The white Harvey window( in a house with all brown windows) he installed, allows the cold air thru the glass, and the outside grout around the window is falling out. The electrician he contracted with used switches that failed within a year or so. The door mantel he installed cracked within 6 months. Both jobs involved a complete gut of the bathrooms and remodel of the kitchens so everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, woodwork and painting was done. The job included installing cabinets in the bath and kitchen along with tiling floors and walls. Granite countertop was installed. Floors were sanded and polyed. All new lighting fixtures and appliances. So everything from soup to nuts was done. Obviously, we were happy with the first experience so we called upon him again. Fast, professional team that had the work completed within a month, within budget, and blew away any expectations I had. It's unrecognizable as the same space. I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later!
