They installed the tub with a gap of about an inch along the back wall. The white Harvey window( in a house with all brown windows) he installed, allows the cold air thru the glass, and the outside grout around the window is falling out. The electrician he contracted with used switches that failed within a year or so. The door mantel he installed cracked within 6 months. Both jobs involved a complete gut of the bathrooms and remodel of the kitchens so everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, woodwork and painting was done. The job included installing cabinets in the bath and kitchen along with tiling floors and walls. Granite countertop was installed. Floors were sanded and polyed. All new lighting fixtures and appliances. So everything from soup to nuts was done. Obviously, we were happy with the first experience so we called upon him again. Fast, professional team that had the work completed within a month, within budget, and blew away any expectations I had. It's unrecognizable as the same space. I finally made the decision to renovate my kitchen and found BSW on Angie's List and Houzz. From the beginning, Mona was patient and very knowledgeable. I started the process wanting carrera marble, but after going to the stone yard, Mona noticed that I was being repeatedly drawn to a quartzite (fantasy brown). I didn't even notice it until Mona pointed it out! So after I jumped into the bold (fantasy brown) and left the classic humdrum (carrera) behind, enter John and his team of installers. While templating, John even gave me suggestions on my choice of brackets for the floating counter. During the install day, the crew was friendly, professional, and quick! Even though there were slight modifications needed, which were explained to me in a clear manner, the install took less than 2 hours. I'm extremely happy with BSW and would recommend them to anyone!

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! I had to keep emailing him asking to call me before he finally did and just said, Oh yeah, that happens. It's called, delamination and there's only a 5 year warranty so your'e SOOL! Unbelievable to me that they would sell such an inferior product and try to pass it off as OK with no warning or care!! You're on your own after that!! Buyer Beware!!
