The woman we did business with is the sister of the owner (her name is Janet... ask for her!!) and she was very professional and competent. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks.
