So, every two weeks I place an online order, and they tell me when it's ready for pick up. Now this…read moretime they say order is ready. I get there and they roll out the cart. I know my order had 6 items and the cart had 5. I tell them they go look and tell me that item is out. They go to the register and reprint the invoice which shows the one item deleted. I go home and by chance I glance at the invoice and compare it to the original that I have. The new invoice with the deleted item is the same total as the original. I call them they say call corporate, so I do. They see the mistake and I was told it was adjusted, I say thank you. Three days later I look online at my visa. No adjusted price. I call corporate again and now they say it could be seven to ten days before it shows on my visa. Three weeks later it still isn't there. WATCH YOUR INVOIVES VERY CLOSELY!!!!!!

When paying for my shovel I mentioned my old shovel had broken, the blade used to remove ice had separated from the shove. Upon hearing my lament the clerk tried to berate me for breaking my shovel of 10 years, only a fool would use a shovel to break ice (paraphrased) the manager tried to explain to the clerk that things like this happened but the clerk refused to let it go. Based upon the attitude of the clerk I will find another hardware store to patronize.

Everything seems ok except the soap dispensers constantly leak. Every time you use the soap, it kind of just keeps running out all over the sink. We tried to contact the owner of this company but he insists its our fault and is unwilling to help. Owner needs to stand behind the products and services they provide. We have since gone with another company and advise anyone to think twice before dealing with these people.
