So we did not purchase our counter tops from Jose, but I called because our the anchor in our counter came out, and our sink was dangling. When I spoke to Jose, he wasn't sure if he had the parts for us, but he would do his best to help... I went to his place the next day with my broken pieces, and he was able to match them!!! We purchased our vanity top for our 24" bathroom vanity through Worcester Marble & Granite, and it was a great experience. I stopped in one morning to take a look at what they had for granite and marble. We opted for the Carrera marble top, and I placed my down payment right then. Our contractor supplied the layout/dimensions for the top, and we picked the finish/sink/faucet layout through WM&G. We opted for pencil finish, rectangle sink and one faucet hole. They had several options for all. The turnaround time from purchase to pickup was only 1 week and 1 day. All other companies we looked at were 2-3 weeks out. Jose was very nice to work with, and very helpful. The top fit perfect on our vanity. Nice to support a small, family run business! read more

I found a quartz/marble slab I really liked for a new bathroom vanity top, so I called a couple of days after going to the store. I was told there are two materials with the same name, and was asked to text a photo of it (we took a sample), which I did. The sales person texted back asking for the dimensions, which I gave, and then I never heard anything back via text, phone or email. When I realized a week later (shame on me for not realizing sooner) that I hadn't received a confirmation, I called the store. I was told that material is no longer available, and someone put a deposit on it before last Monday. I was not happy, to say the least, and asked why this wasn't communicated to me right away the previous week so I could have continued my search. I wasn't given any answers, and when I said this is unprofessional and I'm going to use another company the only reply was "ok". Everyone makes mistakes, but being unprofessional and unresponsive is not acceptable. read more

I chose Wocester Marble & Granite Middleton because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Jose was great in helping us pick out granite in our budget. I did explain that we were painting walls and cabinets ourself and had called him to let him know that it was taking us longer than we thought. The problems occurred @ installation. Another kitchen using the same granite was being made and errors occurred delaying the install to next day. The crew asked my husband for shims and a 2x4 .My husband gave them a 2x4, and they eventually found a shim .They forgot a backslash. Scrapes on painted walls and hammer marks on cabinets. When they came back with the backsplash,he did not have a caulking gun or caulk..my husband supplied that. I complained and Jose came out. His response was that it could have been worse..it is difficult removing custom formica and we should have done painting after install. I wish he told us that before. I asked for him to take some money off ,and the max he would take off for 100 dollars. I was so disappointed in this company. Advice to consumer using this company..remove the old counters yourself and be prepared to do repair after. read more
