Three years ago, we bought a double bathroom vanity cabinet that cost us over $2800. Then one day within a year of purchase so still under warranty, the center self-closing drawer would not close tightly the last three inches. We contacted Salem Designer Bath, they ordered us a new rail system and the two under-drawer glide latches. THEY WOULD NOT SEND ANYONE TO INSTALL THESE. Because they are a showroom. We brought the rails back to their Beverly lication. They ordered different rails and latches. These did not fit properly and the drawer to this day sticks open a hald inch on one side. It looks like crap. NEVER AGAIN will we purchase from Salem Designer Bath. They are really just a middle man for companies who have no interest in backing their products and keeping customers satisfied and loyal. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They did not show me the parts felt like it was a standard response " parts just came in'". A counter person who said she place the order on 12/12 which we doubted called my wife a liar when I indicated that we doubted the order was placed. So we went to the front desk, which had no one there. There was a map of the first floor, with no obvious elevator on it. I called both numbers that show up when googling, one of which went to the store, and another to a call center which transferred us to the store. No answer. We heard someone talking down the hall, I tried loudly to get their attention asking for help and was ignored before they disappeared. Called another number on their website, which went again to the call center. Asked them to try calling the store, given our results. My mom by that point found the phone number for the person we were meeting, which also went to the store. I was starting to walk around a little more, hoping to find an elevator, when apparently the the call center got through, someone came down to talk to us. They have no elevator. Their solution was for the person we were supposed to meet to facetime us while we wait downstairs. The person who spoke to us claimed we shouldn't have have been ignored and the phone should have been picked up, that neither thing was normal. Well, the other reviews here, which I did not read beforehand, tell a different story. This definitely isn't the place to go if you have mobility issues, and it seems like their customer service level in general is awful.

Kelly was our designer and masterfully helped us put our vision to life. She used 3D renderings to help us imagine what our new space could look like, and was very creative in suggesting new layout ideas. She also has a great eye for color and was very responsive and professional to work with. Our cabinets came in earlier than expected (what a delight!) and Kelly worked seamlessly with our contractor to make sure everything turned out perfect. We love our new home and would happily work with Halco again! This is a great family-owned small business.
