Shout out to the folks at NKB. We had an excellent experience with for our complete kitchen…read morerenovation. Project was almost a total gut-job with walls, floors, electric and plumbing demo. From the initial design process through the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Norfolk did a great job coordinating everything and keeping the project moving forward on schedule. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and they were great at dealing with changes that were needed during the project. Most importantly, the finished kitchen came out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. We would highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

Horrible experience overall. We went with Norfolk based on a referral from a friend who's husband…read moreworks as a cabinet / installer. From start to finish, nothing but trouble. First, our designer lost the design plans and tried to cover it up. This caused us to have to try to re-remember items that we had discussed prior. For example, we asked for no spice rack, then we get a spice rack, so we then had to improvise once the project was underway. Completely incompetant...no apologies, and our designer clearly didn't listen the first time, take notes, and honestly just didn't care at all about us. We should have known then, next time we will just walk away..... Next, our contracter was a complete joke. Never inspected the site for follow up / punch list items. Eletrical and Floor contracters were sub par, we still have a light switch that doesn't work properly. They destroyed our dining room floors relocating our refridgerator, with no full repair, just a touch up that looks like crap. They also damaged our mudroom floor and apparently have no idea how to fix what they broke, so I now have a gap in my floor that has never been addressed. Lastly, they never finished the final revisions to the trim. I told this clown several times what we needed to tidy up on, and several times never receieved follow up. In other cases, he did not properly relay instructrions to the sub contractors, so twice we had cabinet / trim people show up without the necessary materials to tidy up. The cabinent / trim guys were the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience. I truly felt bad for Bud and Shawn as their time was wasted by our General Contractor. As it stands now, almost 6 months since we were suppossed to be "complete" and zero follow up. I am embarrased to have people show up with incomplete instructions, and our general contractor has not visited the kitchen to address anyting since NOVEMBER of last year. Do not go with this place, over budget, zero follow up, horrible design team, bad sub contractors. Complete waste of time, and we never got the satisfaction of a final, complete, project....

I regret that I didn't check the yelp review early. Similar bad experience happens to me:…read more1. Hidden shipping cost 2. Extreme long delay without update Ordered three lights from them on 8/16 and the last light was shipped on 10/10. Besides the extreme long delay, you have to pay extra shipping cost (Cash on deliver) because the order is shipped by the third party so the cost has to covered by you, the customers. I am pretty sure I was not informed any shipping cost as I expected to pick up the order from their store. The shipping cost was charged from my credit card without my authorization. I was told that the order will be shipped in two weeks. However, I heard nothing from them so I have to called in twice. Again, no update on your order from them. If you want to order from them, my suggestions are: 1. pay by check or cash 2. make sure you don't mind to wait extra long delay or you have to call them every week

Michael Ballard was my salesman and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating in my search for fixtures for my new half bath. After searching online and in the big box stores, I found the perfect fixtures and they were a top (better) quality and a good value. On the day of delivery, a very nice young man named Eric, called me in advance to give me an update on his time of arrival. I love companies that value a customer's time! From the start, Waterspot exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them!

I like Sur La Table, and I'm surprised at the low 2.3-star Yelp rating. I've purchased kitchenware…read moreitems here several times and also attended a cooking class. I've always found the store to be clean, neat, and well stocked. On this visit, I was interested in purchasing a larger Epicurean cutting board. I tried a small Epicurean board and really liked it, so I decided to get a full-sized version. These cutting boards are made in the USA from a paper composite material. They're durable, knife-friendly, nonporous, thin, and very lightweight. I find them much easier to use and maintain than traditional cutting boards. Sur La Table had many sizes to choose from, and I selected the 17-by-13-inch version. I stepped up to the register and was helped immediately. It cost $54.95. Tip: If you know the size you want, Amazon offers these for about $10 less.

There is good and bad for this simple purchase, I will begin with the good: I needed just one…read morespecific dish towel to add to a housewarming gift and placed the order online for pickup over the rainy Memorial Day weekend (this is how much I needed this $18 towel!). I received the notification that it was ready for pickup about 45 minutes later and off I went to the store. Three employees were at the register when I arrived on Sunday May 24th around noon: Basil (great name!), another guy and a young woman (brownish hair, a little below the shoulders with NO personality at all). Very friendly Basil went to the back to get my dish towel while Ms. No Personality scowled about needing my ID because telling my name and exactly what I was picking up was not enough. That is fine (note that I also offered to show Friendly Basil the bar code for pick-up from my email, but he probably had gotten my order ready because he knew all about it), but when I pulled out my license I noticed that she barely looked at it...... it's as if she just wanted to be aggravating for a moment. Well, she was. Here is an idea for her (and the store manager): "may I please see your ID" would be a REALLY polite thing to say! Or just that barcode, which I did just offer to show. 5 stars to Basil, 0 stars to the obnoxious girl
