After a week it was installation time, guys came, put the tops in place and I noticed that 2 pieces were cut short, waited for "the big boss" to come by and determine 1 piece needed to be replaced, no biggie. For the other piece, which was a 10' run with sink and stove return, he said he could "fix it to fit"...HA! Well here we are on day 2 and the countertop looks worse then it did yesterday..... Tried talking to the the "big boss" and got no where, very frustrating... Forced to settle with it and try to make my own adjustments for the tiled backsplash to cover the large gaps between the countertop edge and the wall just to get the kitchen finished. Not happy!

The bright spot? The woman who answers the phone is a saint. Loved her. And the templating guy was good. If everyone else was as good as them I would love the place. Sadly the people who actually do the work are incompetent The biggest problems? The salesperson, and the team installing the granite. The sales woman Deanne doesn't get back in a timely manner. I scheduled an appointment with her but she wasn't available when I got there. As for the actual installation, it did not go great. The crew was unprofessional and left my house a mess. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. I wish I took my photos but here is one. It was a mix of sawdust, whatever this is in the picture, and broken glass. They needed to borrow my tools and weren't very friendly. The price? Not bad. They are reasonably priced. Maybe you will get a better install team. It's a roll of the dice. From the very first consultation, she took the time to understand my style, needs, and how I use my kitchen on a daily basis. Her design ideas were both creative and functional, transforming my space into something my husband and I could have only dreamed of, like his coffee bar! Wonderful job, skillful, attention to details, willing to come back and touch things up. The second project was room painting and window trim painting. They defined the project perfectly, good communication, timely execution. Romeo, the painting guy, was TOPS! The spaces were cleaned before they left, and they had us come through and inspect everything to our satisfaction. Looking at the finished projects, I believe that their prices are a great value. Their people - in their service and skill - make them our 1st choice!

I don't understand this company at all. We had a good meeting with them to get our estimate, and…read moreit seemed promising. When we didn't get our estimate on time, I followed up a couple times. When it still didn't arrive, I figured they didn't want the project and weren't telling me, and I gave up and left a negative review. Then, I got the estimate and we exchanged a few normal and friendly emails with questions/clarifications. We became busy with the holidays after that, and many weeks later, they emailed us to ask if we still needed painting and asked us to remove the review. They sounded very eager to work with us and wanted to deliver a great project. We responded a couple months later, which is not ideal, but to be fair, exterior painting wasn't on our minds in winter and we were very distracted by the election and subsequent events. We wanted to work with them and spent an hour carefully looking at the estimate again and making sure our remaining questions were written out. We had already discussed most of them with Big Dog, so there were only a couple new things we asked them to clarify. We sent the email, and their response was that they had decided it was best for all involved that they remove themselves from consideration. We were very confused because the only thing that happened between now and a couple months ago was the passing of time. We asked if they could clarify why they were now dropping out. They basically just said when we didn't respond to their request to remove the review, they took it as a learning opportunity and moved on and decided they couldn't deliver good results. We emailed them back and said we were really disappointed and still very confused, and reiterated that we were willing to update or remove the review since we did eventually get the estimate and they had responded to emails quickly. We got no response. We feel that our time recently was wasted, we're guessing there's another reason they don't want the job and aren't telling us, and we no longer feel they're interacting with us in good faith. Doing a job shouldn't be contingent on a truthful review being removed.
