I could not be happier with the project we recently completed with Mike and his hard working team. We completed 3 projects with Mike. 1st Project: it was a small cabinet/countertop for our basement. He finished it in 2 days on budget and the electrician and everyone was on time, professional and friendly. It looks awesome. 2nd Project: total gut of our upstairs bathroom. It required a lot of moving parts w the plumber, electrician, plaster team and tile folks. All the subs were great. He has a terrific plumber - Al whom we just loved. When working through the plans he suggested we move something and he was totally right. It's nice to work with people who have your back. Bill managed the onsite job and we just loved him. His eye for detail and desire to bring to life a beautiful product was evident. The bathroom was a big job. We moved windows, plumbing and brought laundry upstairs. It was big. 3rd Project: we remodeled the kitchen. We reworked plans together multiple times to make sure it was sound from an engineering perspective. It turned out better than I envisioned. Again we had Bill and the crew. Bill would go out of his way to make sure I got the look I wanted. I stinking love the soffits and the molding. He also gave good advice on things like the sink and a few other details that was welcomed. Overall every project came out on budget. Construction takes a while. It's not HGTV. They are working multiple jobs and the subs (plumbers/electrician) have their own business. I think you need to come to expect that. Mike has good ideas when it came to layout and ideas but you need to own these projects from a design perspective. Which can be fun and stressful (I wanted it to be HGTV worthy but I'm not creative!) I had a terrific relationship with Mike. It was professional and pleasant. I was on top of things and keep things going or asked questions when I thought things could move faster. I was organized because this was MY job as the home owner to ensure I had what he needed when the time came. (Example I had the pendant lights waiting for him a month prior to him needing it) he can me a little unorganized at times - but there was Bill and I to keep him going . Mike has a heart of gold and played zero games. I would absolutely work with he and the team with additional jobs in the future. We shopped all these jobs around locally and his bid was very competitive.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at pro painters. The price was right and the job they…read moredid was incredible. I would strongly encourage though to just go with the paint they suggest. I initially started with a budget paint I purchased from home depot and it took 3X the number of coats to cover and we ended up needing to have them come back with the original paint they suggested. Will absolutely hire again

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Our experience has been a…read morenightmare of deceptive marketing and a total lack of accountability. The Major Issues: - Inconsistent Corrections: While the company initially corrected a few errors, they have flat-out refused to fix the remaining sizing mistakes, leaving us with a kitchen that simply doesn't fit together as promised. - Reneging on Refunds: At one point, they offered a 50% refund, a clear admission that they were at fault, only to withdraw the offer later. This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. - Deceptive Materials: We were led to believe we were purchasing "eco-friendly" wood. In reality, the material is veneered particle board. This was never disclosed to us during the sale. - Toxic Odor: Despite their "eco-friendly" claims, the cabinets emit a heavy formaldehyde smell. It has been nearly a year, and the chemical off-gassing still hasn't dissipated, raising serious health concerns. Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by their "eco-friendly" branding. You'll likely end up with off-gassing materials and a company that plays games with your money. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable provider who stands by their word.

The electrician that the contractor supplied helped make the holes and in the process cut through water pipes in the wall. The mess that has been made is incredible. I have tried to clean some of the mess that the contractor is incapable of cleaning himself. The contractor treats each small job like an impossible task that only he can solve. The contractor has lied to me several times. If I was working and not watching every thing he is doing I would believe his lies. I wanted a beautiful kitchen, but I have a disaster area that is not beautiful. This is a nightmare, but I am awake..
