They were incredibly quick (responding within the first 45 mins of my Yelp request ) to respond when I discovered a water leak coming from outside. Since the source wasn't obvious (potentially an ice dam, roof issue, etc.), I really appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they assessed the situation. They were able to identify both how far the water had spread inside and pinpoint the exact source of entry from outside. Once the issue was identified, they moved fast to fix it properly. After repairing the exterior source, they took extra precautions inside, treating the affected area to prevent any potential mold, installing new insulation, replacing the ceiling and smoothing everything out, and finishing with a clean paint job. You'd never know there had been an issue as it was repaired well. Jean, in particular, was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating to my schedule, acted with urgency throughout the entire process, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. He clearly explained the plan, the reasoning behind each step, and made sure I felt confident that the problem was fully resolved. Nice person, but do not only get a quote from them. Trust was the first one at my house and first one to give me a price and it was grossly higher than any of the other quotes we received. I think he tries to get there first and give the first quote before you can see how much lower other people's prices are. Trust Contractors did a great job and I highly suggest that you use them for any home improvement project. I requested a quote for a deck rebuild via Yelp and was surprised by the quick response. Within a couple of days Jean arrived, did a walk through, listened to my ideas and let me know they could do the job. The demolition, rebuild and clean up only took ~7 days which was awesome, I thought it would take at least two weeks. Due to too many bad experiences, I've learned to dislike and distrust contractors, until I met Jean Oliveira and his crew at Trust Contractors. Simply put, Jean's company says it all. I had a fair amount of work I needed done; didn't have a ton of money nor time. I needed a new porch, interior, exterior, and storm doors replaced, tile work, sheet rock, plastering, plumbing, painting, floors and stairs sanded and stained, gutter and roof work, bathroom vanity, and ceilings installed. I interviewed 6 contractors, all pretty nice guys, most willing to take the job, but the last one was Jean from Trust Contractors. He was neither the lowest nor the highest estimate, but there was something about him that gained my trust immediately. He and his crew were punctual, very hard working, clean, respectful, and did everything he said he would do. Jean is truly a man of his word. He was anxious to do additional work, not in our contract, just so everything looked just right. His goal was for me to be satisfied. I should note that I actually expanded the work I initially wanted done. Jean agreed and still finished the whole project on time, he and his crew working 10-14 hours a day, even through the holiday weekend. No complaints. Trust did an amazing job on my house! Quite a transformation. They replaced all the rotted eaves and boards with pvc, so we will not have the problem again.
