Attempted to get a quote for a basement remodel. Employee showed up to inspect the basement, said I would receive a quote in a few days. A week goes by nothing. Follow up and was told the next day he would have one. Still never received anything,

I am super happy to have found Trust contractors. I wanted to have a deck built and got quotes from several different contractors. This company was far more professional than some of the other ones out there. The owner Jean came with references and able to show pictures of his other jobs that gave me reassurance that one looks for when hiring a contractor. He was able to help me with the design of the deck which had to allow for configuration due to piping outside the house. He kept me up to date with all aspects of the project, especially supplies were on delay due to Covid, I really appreciate his commitment to giving me the patio I wanted. I love the work and would hire Gene and his company again!!!

Trust Contractors did a great job and I highly suggest that you use them for any home improvement project. I requested a quote for a deck rebuild via Yelp and was surprised by the quick response. Within a couple of days Jean arrived, did a walk through, listened to my ideas and let me know they could do the job. The demolition, rebuild and clean up only took ~7 days which was awesome, I thought it would take at least two weeks. A few things that made this a great experience: - Jean understood my vision and even took it a step further by incorporating details which resulted in a beautiful clean look. - He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. - Communication was consistent and I always aware of the status of the project. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!

I am usually hesitant to write a review unless I have something positive to say…read more Jack Bellan General Contractor is not a typical general contractor rather it is known for building custom-made homes. Jack and his team have built many beautifully designed homes in the vicinity of Bedford-Lexington. The workmanship, attention to detail, and use of quality materials are inherent in their work. However, Jack and his team should seriously think of opening a dedicated Quality and Warranty Department which is currently being handled piecemeal. Obviously any builder will be nice to a buyer during the building process up to closing. The lack of follow-up and not being on top of the things warranted a lower rating. Though Jack is nice to talk with, he should be proactive (e.g., warranty issue raised in the first year still lingering in the second year). When business expands, it is even more important for growing business to stay close to the existing customers. My impression is that Jack is not fully aware of what the issues previously raised, and what the status of each one. There is no documentation for keeping track of warranty related matters. It is very open ended. Bottom Line: If we were to build another home, would we consider Jack? The short answer is yes, but with reservation. As Jack has been building high-end homes, his company should be focusing on the long term customer base. If you are planning to hire Jack Bellan, make sure you understand the level of commitment that he would provide after closing.

After working with Brennan, I have lost all faith in giving the young, new business owner a chance. I would pay double the amount Brennan quoted to not have had to deal with this nightmare of a project. Multiple times I heard excuses of why things were late and delayed, many times he would be "wrapping up a project" somewhere else in the morning to head over for the afternoon and just wouldn't show up. Have you ever been in jail in your own home? That's what it was like waiting for Brennan and his crew. What about the quality of the work, it must've been good with the terrible organization and admin, right? No, the work performed in our bathroom is atrocious. The more time we spend in there, the more problems we see. The work is shoddy and has no care put into it. There are scratches and dings on new vanities/tiles purchased out of pocket for the project. The list goes on and on and I am extremely disappointed and would recommend doing the project yourself before you hire Brennan.

Not to mention how fast and effective he and his team were at finishing the renovations before our baby arrives. Stan also had wonderful suggestions for some of the renovation ideas that we had in mind. If we have any other construction work, we would call on Stan and his team in a heartbeat.
