Danny and his team were great, and they honestly became like family. We're planning on inviting them all over for dinner once everything is put away. We moved into our house in 2015, and it felt like more space than we knew what to do with. After a year of dealing with a tiny dining room, tiny kitchen, and only two bedrooms, we started to think about adding on. When we decided to pull the trigger and have a second child, it was time to get serious. We met with a LOT of contractors who gave us wild estimates, high and low, for what it'd cost to bump out our kitchen/dining room and add a bedroom or two above. Danny was the only one who seriously sat with us and went through the plans to get us down to a number we could handle. Once the Refine team started, they were full steam ahead. There was no wasting time. I'd never had a home addition put on, but I've heard horror stories from friends about how long it takes, how their contractor is never around and unreachable. We used Refine Construction to remove a load bearing wall in a home we recently purchased. I found out about the company on yelp and requested a rough estimate. Danny was very responsive, and he was able to give me a rough number but noted that he'd have to come out to get an actual quote. He was able to come out very quickly and confirmed his rough estimate. We scheduled the work a couple weeks out, and everything went great. My wife and I couldn't believe how clean the remainder of the house stayed during the wall demo! You wouldn't even know that there was major construction going on if not for the new opening. I am not suprised to see all these 5 stars reviews for Danny R and Refine Construction. He is a 10 star carpenter in my opinion. He did a pitched roof and a porch for my house recently, and the work is beautiful. It increased the value of my property to more then i thought. His prices were fair too and he finished work fast! He is hardworking. Worked on the job till 6 or 7pm every day. Within two weeks time I had a new roof done and a new 3 floor backporch done and beautifuly. i was beyond happy. So glad i know Danny! After meeting with several contractors and getting several estimates. I decided to go with refine because they were highly recommended by a neighbor who had used them for their renovation. Their price was very fair and I liked their proposal which clearly had everything itemized. Danny renovated my entire 3 family. It came out better then I hoped and under my budget.
