Craig was right on time, was friendly, professional and had the problem taken care of quickly! He also gave me a "tutorial" on what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. It's nice to find someone who really knows what they're taking about! I'll definitely use Richard's Appliance in the future! Jack Smith

He was in the neighborhood and just wanted to take a look. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple replacement due to the age of the older unit. "Nope" he said. "You'll have to hire a regular plumber." That was not what I would expect to hear in this day and age. He had a chance to sell me disposal and charge me for a bad installation job. Instead, he took the high road. He did not even charge me for a service call. Before he left I asked for the number of a good plumber. Without hesitation he had the name and number in my hand. I called the plumber and two days later had a brand new disposal up and running. The plumber did say he would have to make adjustments to install the new disposal but he could do it in about an hour. In 45 min I was writing a check and my problem fixed. THANK YOU RICHARDS. I will be looking to you for appliances very soon. This is service you CANNOT GET at the big box stores. Shop Local.

Absolute nightmare. I walked in on the 28th with the intention of surprising my mom with a new…read morewasher and dryer. I wanted to $1,000 down but was denied the financing but the sales associate told me about the lease to buy program. As much as I hate leasing it sounded pretty fare. I was misled by the associate that It would essentially be $2500 at the highest. I purchased the GE combo washer / dryer a value $1,999. Between Delivery, old appliance removal and installation my total came too the $ 2381.45. The price I was given Was $59.99 for 48 months a little less considering I was under the $2500 So I wasn't to concerned with the amount of interest. In this point I still wanted to pay $1,000 right off but the associate told me to wait a few months to avoid hurting my credit. The Applianced arrived on time and I really like the GE washer and dryer. I had decided I would just stick with the lease and pay it off in 4 years and use the $1,000 toward other debt. A day passed I got an email from the leasing company Lowe's uses Progressive leasing and saw my monthly payments of $474.80 over 12 months totaling $5,697 with the option of paying of in 60 days or being locked in at that price. Hours of phone calls back and 4th through Lowe's and and progressive ( an Indian call center I should mention). With no answers or help started with the Seabrook Lowe's was told some dude Mike would call back never did. Lowe's national customer service who set up a fake case number for me and passed me around through departments like a chew toy. Progressive I would have had more help from a brick walll. Said the monthly payments could not be changed. Finally took a ride back to Seabrook to customer service who was friendly but also couldn't offer me an explanation and basically said the don't know how the associate came up with those numbers. So basically just pushed a misleading sale me.they did tell me to return in it luckily I was still in the window they will pick it up Tomorrow and progressive will be notified within 24 hours. I really liked this appliance the two days I've actually had it but unfortunately it seems Lowe's is the only company with this model. Online on Lowe's website it's available with purchase from Affirm at a fair and honest price. I scheduled for pick up at a closer Lowe's for this upcoming Wednesday. Pay attention to the reviews on the Seabrook location 2 Stars is being generous. I wouldn't even buy a box of screws here.

The woman we did business with is the sister of the owner (her name is Janet... ask for her!!) and she was very professional and competent. My parents had done business with her before and I was pleased to meet her. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks. It will be great to have it done since I replaced my cooktop last year (took the gas out and put an induction top in).

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Chuck H was particularly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the different options without any pressure. The entire process from browsing to checkout was smooth and efficient. It was easy to arrange delivery around my schedule. I highly recommend Tri-City Sales to anyone in need of home appliances! I will definitely be a returning customer."

Bill you were awesome and helpful.Really 20 bucks for the truck I feel it was a steal. Have rented from a truck rental company down the road and seeing the Home Depot truck was night and day. Has easy fold down gates and steel plated to withstand scratches. Definitely not going to get whacked paying for a scratch in that bed just bringing lumber home. Off to the lumber section. Replacing decking at home a bit confusing when I got in the lumber section. Not because of the layout. Just me trying something I wasn't 100 percent on what type of wood I needed. Help was right the to answer my question. I felt like da man now with my cart of wood and off to the pro desk check out I go. Pro Desk yup. No clue what I was doing but I was going out that way. Told the cashier I needed a section of fence that was outside. She looked it up and checked my order out. So I got the rental truck and my cart of lumber at the contractor pick up area. Loading all my lumber. This young guy comes over in a bright vest. It said something like pro helper. Pro loader or something. He asked if he could take my cart for me as it was empty. I tell him I'm going to use it to grab a section of fence. He said if I already paid for it he could help he load it. I show my receipt and we pick one out. It was awesome to have someone right there to help with that awkward 8x6 foot fence. Heck I was so happy to have an extra hand for that . I should have put a big S on the vest ! Way to lend a hand.. Honestly thanks to everyone . I was very impressed.

We already selected what we wanted online, so all my hubby had to do was walk down the shower aisle, pick it up and pay for it. The staff at the customer service desk was a pleasant young guy and he was very helpful. However, when my hubby neared the desired showerhead, a gruff older employee stood in his way and told him to wait for 5 minutes because there's a forklift expected in the nearby aisle (there was no equipment anywhere near that area or the adjacent aisles). My husband asked him if he could just grab the item and quickly leave, but the man said "no" and gave him a sneer. I guess Home Depot not only sells power tools but also have employees on a power trip! We ended up buying a nicer showerhead at Lowes instead.
