We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

I found Rollan Appliance Services, owner Juliany, and was very happy with the work that Juliany did. I wrote a glowing review on Yelp. Unfortunately, my appliance kept breaking down. Juliany advised that it was better to repair the existing appliance, rather than purchase a new one. I followed his advice and he came back and fixed my refrigerator/freezer with two new parts. On July 6, I began to reach out to Rollan Appliance Services as my appliance broke down again. From July 6 to today, July 17, Juliany texted only ONE excuse. That his computer broke down but that he would let me know when he would be here. I waited for him faithfully, as I had already given him $600.00 with the promise that I would give him more money to repair this problem. After his first text, he did not write and he stopped answering his phone, which is ridiculous! My refrigerator/freezer is still not cooling. I have reported Juliany and his company to my local Police Detective Lieutenant, as I believe that all of this may have been a scam against the elderly--which must have legal consequences. So fellow clients I caution you to be aware and I REVOKE my earlier Yelp five plus positive review of Juliany and his company and now give him a zero to one-minus review. You simply DO NOT terrorize an almost a helpless Senior Citizen. You answer the phone at the first call and you say, "I am unable to work with you at this time." Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

He was in the neighborhood and just wanted to take a look. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple replacement due to the age of the older unit. "Nope" he said. "You'll have to hire a regular plumber." That was not what I would expect to hear in this day and age. He had a chance to sell me disposal and charge me for a bad installation job. Instead, he took the high road. He did not even charge me for a service call. Before he left I asked for the number of a good plumber. Without hesitation he had the name and number in my hand. I called the plumber and two days later had a brand new disposal up and running. The plumber did say he would have to make adjustments to install the new disposal but he could do it in about an hour. In 45 min I was writing a check and my problem fixed. THANK YOU RICHARDS. I will be looking to you for appliances very soon. This is service you CANNOT GET at the big box stores. Shop Local.

My parents had done business with her before and I was pleased to meet her. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks. It will be great to have it done since I replaced my cooktop last year (took the gas out and put an induction top in).
