My sister is a trauma surgeon, and this process was very similar, without the blood! At six pm, he fired it up, and everything worked ! I've used Mark (Sherman) for other repairs and called him in on this one. Mark extended his long day to check it out. He suspected a leak in the condenser coil and suggested refilling the system with a leak sealer and coolant. Much to everyone's relief, a few days later (and a new thermostat) the fridge was back up and running. Highly recommend calling Mark.

They called to confirm the appointment the day before and Griffith called in the morning to let us know he was on the way and might be a few minutes late. He arrived, listened to the details of what happened, immediately knew what the problem was, made the fix. He then told us why the issue happened and what to look for to make sure it doesn't happen again. He was done in less than 30 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. The manner in which the entire process was handled from making the appointment through the resolution was professional and there is no doubt that if we need another appliance repair, we will call them again.
