First one I went to home decor group with a picture on my phone. Owner told me he can't match something on my phone and left me to find a similar swatch. Next two projects I went back to waters and brown. Heidi helped me match pictures and made spot on recommendations. I brought in samples and images and she gave great choices to match or coordinate. Then over to the counter for the actual paint. John couldn't be nicer and more helpful (plus he actually remembers me by name and project). Some projects easier than others. More complicated (expensive) projects he gave me questions to ask my contractor and alternatives. I so appreciate the service here. It's second to none and the quality can't be beat. They've earned my loyalty and I'll return the favor by encouraging anyone to go here first and last. This is how a customer centric business is run.

When we first started communication, there was no rush on the project as it was for our future baby's room. So 1, 2, 3 weeks go by after giving the go ahead and no response. Finally I get a reply and it was "I will check my schedule". 4 more days go by and nothing. I reach out again and he says I'll check the schedule and let you know tomorrow..I caught him at a "busy time". Mind you the non rush project is how becoming a rush. So knowing full well the baby's delivery date, he gives me 2 weeks prior to that as his only possible available time stringing me along until it was too close to the due date. If you don't want to do the project or it's too small or it's not what you want to do, just say so and move on. Dont string me along until it's convenient for you to so a smaller job.
