Painting, plumbing, hand tools, grilling, house care, yard care, and screws are examples of the areas they cover pretty well. I also asked about sanding materials (blocks), and was shown sanding paper and disks, and then (after repeating my request for blocks), had them pointed out to me - all hung way above my reach. Again, no offer of assistance, or ability to answer my questions about the blocks. Every other Ace I've ever been to is staffed by helpful, knowledgeable folks. This was disappointing. At least I got my ladder at a good sale price, but doubt I'd ever return.
