The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

First, the newly appointed manager (he has been there many many years and I seldom go to him before for help for technical advice for my phone and the newer version when I changed my phone) does not welcome me to visit the store. He stood there when I seldom go in for technical help. When I did visit (I am a senior citizen and do need technical help at times)he stood at the otherside of the counter with his unwelcome stare and cold look tell me I am not welcome there then he talked down to me when I asked a question then he shows his staffs how much he knows. I went to this Verizon location back in September to upgrade my iphone 15 Pro Max to an iphone 16 Pro Max. The Iphone 15 was still under financing agreement. The rep Johnathan Garcia, move my payment to my watch line and upgraded my phone line to the trade in promo for the iphone 16 pro max. From what i was told, the iphone 15 pro max was not paid off and was not eligible for trade in. The rep J. Garcia, instructed me to leave the old phone with them, then they stole the device and reprocessed the trade in with a different device they had lying around - Google Pixel 4 in order to satisfy trade requirements. Emil Concepcion sold the new phone w/payments on the primary number. A few days later, Jonathan Garcia, submitted the promo correction form to change the $0 pixel 4 trade in to $1000 promo. Stay away at all cost from the Verizon at Stoneham, MA. They tricked me and now as it stands, I'm paying on two phones and plan to file this complaint with the FCC as the Verizon Corp location is also investigating. NEVER AGAIN, will i go back to this store.

I called this place just before closing, and they actually stayed open for me. They sold me a better, later model phone with the charging brick, cord, screen protector, and a solid phone case--all included and still less than what I paid at the other spot. They even offered to set everything up for me right there. Super helpful, honest, and professional. You can tell they actually care. Highly recommend!
