It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. This was my favorite lead to write with growing up but I was never able to find them in the U.S. (I would bring these pencils back from Asia). So, it was very nostalgic for me when I saw them & wrote on the notepad with it! I didn't end up purchasing it because I found $12 to be quite steep for one singular pencil that I have no use for currently BUT I do see myself coming back for it haha. Staples is a great place and has been for years for office supplies office furniture and printing…read more I recently had a dilemma with enlargements I went up to Staples on route one and the girls behind the counter in the printing area assisted me. They did a fabulous job my printing and enlargements came out perfectly I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I also noticed that they started to print T-shirts at a very reasonable price I may go back and get a bunch they would make great giveaways. And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. All in all a great staples.
