The touch screen of my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge Plus froze. I tried to push the power button off but the screen defaults for me to press the reset or to power off buttons on the screen which of course won't work because the phone's screen had become unresponsive. I tried to remove the battery but with a tempered glass back, it is very hard to do without the right tools. I've taken 3 phones to Dave and he's awesome. First phone needed a screen and camera lens replaced. He suggested the protective covering for the screen, which is a smart move since I fumble the phone quite a bit. I also talked to him about cases and should I buy a super expensive one... He gave some great advice, saved me money and (knock on wood) no screen breakings! I then contacted him about my boss's phone for a screen replacement. I just want to say that I used iFlyRestoration to fix a broken I-Pad that I had dropped and the glass had shattered. Upon multiple tries David could not get the part he needed to repair my I-pad. He had already taken the face glass off my I-pad and with no replacement part my I-Pad was now not able to work at all. He told me not to worry. To go to Apple and they would replace my I-pad for a fee. He told me he would cover that amount since it was his fault the I-Pad was now completely broken. We actually found Dave and his company as a result of a manager from a leading cell phone provider who told us they often send their customers there. Dave is very courteous and knowledgeable and as he did last year, repaired our current phone quickly. His response time to any email or text message you send him is almost immediate.
