I had met with the owner & he was a great guy, walked me through the mechanics of it & how it happens and then just replaced no questions. Last week I needed advice regarding one of my older laptops; I was also giving consideration to purchasing an IMac. After speaking with Henry, I bought a 27-in. IMac. Took it home, opened the box; there was a glitch. Details are not important; it was a minor miscommunication, mistakes happen. What is important to me is how a problem is resolved. Henry and I worked together to make it right. No waiting in line, no arguments, or "I'll get the manager". It was a simple, polite and professional business transaction. In the end, we shook hands. Though I did not buy another IMac that day, I will return again to Middleton Experimax in a few weeks to do so. Consumers have choices. On-line, big box, Amazon, the Apple Store etc. The above, sterile and impersonal and resolution can be difficult if a problem occurs. At Middleton Experimax you walk in and talk to the owner. My choices are based on relationships. Henry will listen (much better than I do) and work with you to meet your needs. Whether you are buying a box of screws, family gift, or computer, spend your money locally and support the businesses in your community. Middleton Experimax has earned my trust; it is not often I purchase a computer or need repairs, but when I do I will return to Experimax to work with Henry.

She answered my calls, my text messages, moved dates in my calendar and at this point I am not sure what else she hacked into on my phone. I know she did not do this alone, but even if she did, I went to this store because my phone was not charging by cable and ended up with my phone and account changed to an IMEI number belonging to an IPhone 12. I have the info on the phone she used and have been on the phone with, who I assume, was BoostMobile many times since this happened and the last person, who was a supervisor named "Jean" was the first person to tell me another way to fix the problem without any stores being involved. What was done was criminal, unethical and dangerous to my health due to issues I am having at the time. Do not use BoostMobile in Everett or Somerville, MA.

They diligently checked both batteries, tried for minutes to resuscitate them, and gave me a diagnosis ...not what I wanted, but FULL contentement on my part. After all those hours, they didn't wanna charge me...still I tipped them! Meanwhile, on the side, I showed them an Polaroid camera that I thought I needed to buy batteries for.
