I visited the Apple Store at Market Street in Lynnfield to buy a very simple accessory, and the…read moreexperience was far more chaotic than it needed to be. Lack of Organization Three examples that stood out: 1. There was no clear process for directing customers when they walked in. 2. Multiple people were standing around unsure of where to go or who to check in with. 3. Employees seemed scattered, with no one consistently keeping track of waiting customers. It took too long to simply identify where the item was and paying for the accessory felt like it required multiple steps and multiple people. Overall, I usually expect smooth and efficient service from an Apple Store, but this visit missed that standard. The store felt disorganized, and getting basic help took far more effort than it should.

I've been going to Marconi Radio in Beverly for years, and my most recent visit was another…read morereminder of why I keep coming back. This time I brought in my MacBook to have the battery replaced, and as always, the service was exceptional. Tony greeted me with a smile, took the time to explain everything, and had my computer back up and running in the time it took for me to stroll down the street for some lunch. Whether you need a cracked cell phone repaired, a computer fixed, or even a remote starter installed before another cold New England winter, Marconi Radio is my first choice every time. What I appreciate most is that you're treated like a valued customer, not just another transaction. The Linares family has been serving the community for decades, and it shows in everything they do. It was also great to see Tony's son, Anthony, now working alongside him and continuing the family tradition of outstanding customer service. Hats off to the entire Linares family. Marconi Radio has earned my business time and time again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable service.

I went to this phone shop…read moreyesterday October 9, around 7pm, I asked the gentleman working the front if he could repair my IPhone 11 Pro cracked screen, we agreed to a price of $120 dollars, upon returning to get my phone I tried to unlock the phone with my Face ID which was no longer working? I mentioned this to him, his response was that "he hadn't seen the Face ID work before working on the phone" which meant "he couldn't do anything for me" I mentioned to him that I myself had experience handling electronics (IPhone 7s, IPhone XR) all of which I replaced screens for me and friends 2x, I suggested to him had he turned off the phone before replacing the screen? His response " I took the screen off then unplugged the battery" this answered my question for why the Face ID on my phone which was now no longer working. Prior to walking into this establishment my Face ID was indeed working, I've attached screen shots. Do not do business with this company I am certain they were trying to run a quick cash scam on me no doubt! They do not know what they are doing
