I am quite honestly surprised how this whole experience went down and how many ways you can screw up. I should start at the beginning. I have an android samsung A6+ and the back camera stopped functioning, so I wanted a replacement part for that. Simple enough? I did call ahead so they ordered the part ahead of time. It took a bit longer than they said, but hey, they don't really have control over that sort of thing. So the day came and I went down to the sister location in the Prudential center. They took one look at my phone and said that because of the use of adhesive, they need the specialized tools located at this location in cambridgeside. Well, fine. A quick google of the model I told you about might have revealed that fact, but it's probably not the most pertinent thing to look for. So I arrived the next day at this place, and they took the phone and performed the replacement in like an hour or two. I come back and they let me know they have a problem. Ok. Apparently they had severed a key link to the screen by accident, and need to replace the entire front screen. Uuuuugh. Ok, accidents happen, but this is starting to get worse. Fine. So then I arrived the next day when they did a rush order for a replacement screen. It takes them a little longer than they said, but they did replace the screen. And so they have fixed the rear camera, and the screen works, so great. Then I get home and use the selfie camera. It looks terrible, like there's a coating of grease on top that I can't clean off. Like it's behind the front glass. Great. Another trip down to Cambridge. I tell them about the problem. They say that's just how crappy samsung cameras look. I disagree. They tell me that ok, maybe, but the camera and screen are one unit so it's not their fault, and it's a defective part. Alright. They say they need to call their brother who did the original replacement, and he's only in Monday. I tell them to call me back when they do converse. They don't. At this point I am trying my best not to try to interact with these people when my screen cracks randomly on my phone. Alright. I'm going to give a shot on my own because screw these guys. I look up more information, and I found out they lied about the camera and screen being one unit. Facepalming at this poitn. I order a replacement part and open my phone up. I figured out why the camera was all blurry. They absolutely covered the entire interior of my phone haphazardly with glue, covering the camera, case, electrical tape, everything. Even though it's only supposed to be around the edge of the screen. I can't help but wonder if that's what caused the screen cracking in the first place. And now I have to remove all this gunk to actually replace the screen. In summary, these people displayed a level of incompetency and carelessness that turned a simple camera replacement into a month-long headache. I would never recommend these people. iPhone 8 fixed superbly and timely. Done in less than 30 minutes. Pricing is better than most as well. I saw many waiting for the place downstairs to open as I walked on by and headed up. I had really good service last time i visited. Brought my phone in for a screen replacement about a half hour before mall close. Chris is ones of their guys and he is very knowledgeable and patient. I had a barrage of questions for him and he still took the time to answer all of them calmly and proficiently. Went here to get my shattered iPhone screen fixed. Very knowledgeable team. They quoted the cheapest price and I enquired in 5 different places. Very Convenient. Wei (he is your man!) tested my phone to make sure all things like camera, speakers were working. He wrote down a receipt. I walked away to do some shopping. After cracking my phone screen I decided to bring my iPhone 7plus in to get a replacement at Talk n' Fix due to convenience of being at the Burlington mall. After being told it would only take 20 minutes to fix I was still waiting after an hour. They did the screen test once completed and everything seemed to be working. After a day the keyboard wasn't reading and when it did read it would not be the correct letter. After frustration and distance I decided to bring my phone to a local shop in NH, this shop informed me that the digitizer in the screen that Talk n' Fix provided were not suited for my phone even though I apparently purchased the Apple certified replacement screen. In addition my local shop informed me that Talk n' Fix left out a lot of original screws when fixing my screen. They do have a warrantee but since I do not live close to this store it will be more of an inconvenience to travel back to this store, with the potential for the screen to not work again. read more

whatever you do, do NOT come here. never again will i be fooled by low prices, go straight to apple to get your phone fixed. i cracked my phone and decided to get it fixed here. i knew it was a bit shady because i had to go back immediately and have him put another screen on because my face id would not work. then, about a month later, my phone began to glitch and it had a mind of its own. i brought it back, and had the screen replaced yet again. now its been about a month and a half, and the ENTIRE SCREEN is popping out of the encasement, and its glitching like mad. their products are fake, screens are not apple brand, do NOT be fooled. read more
