I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me.
