Minuteman Press - From left to right, my 6th iteration of my design (sorry Alex:), my final business card bottom, and the designer I worked with top.

I went there on recommendation from a friend, and they did not disappoint. They helped with the…read moredesign of my business card, and suffered through multiple edits and reworks. I'm just starting out my freelancing business, so it was nice to have the designer, Alex Pinczok, help with the details. And they gave me a great price, and I didn't feel as though they were selling me on things I didn't need. 10 of 10,would recommend :)

I can't say my job was particularly complicated, nor did it require any prep work on Minuteman's…read morepart, but still: I had an extremely quick turnaround rush poster job I needed to be printed and everyone came through for me and then some! As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

Wow, can't believe I'm the first to review this -- this Kinko's has been here for a long time and…read morehas always done right by me. I was there last fall and the reason I'm writing this now is because I saw someone else's review of a kinko's and wanted to relay my positive experience with this one. 1. In all the years I've gone here, not only has no one ever given me any attitude or resistance, but they actually kinda pride themselves on bending over backwards to help. As much as I'm not a fan of corporate places, if they have the right leadership and teams, then I have to give them credit; 2. I went in to print a bunch of booklets for a holiday event. I thought someone else already had, but they hadn't, so this was LITERALLY a last minute request for like 20 twenty page booklets in color. I told them my situation and the guy said, "Sure, email me the pdf file and I should have them ready for you in a half hour" -- A HALF HOUR -- god bless the guy! He helped save the day. 3. In my haste, the guy forgot to quote me the price and I forgot to ask. I was caught off guard when the price of the previous order came to $250 but they were needed and it WAS competitive pricing so I didn't complain. Because he didn't quote me, he took responsibility, though, and entered the order a little differently so it showed up as a $205 order. That left a very good impression on me. I didn't complain and yet he still took responsibility for not quoting me the price and gave me a break. 4. They have internet connections there with different printers in case you need to go online to retrieve something and print it out yourself. It's a major convenience but it can add up fast at 20 cents/minute. 5. Their staff is friendly and competent so whenever I've needed help on the copier machines, they've always been able to set me straight with the right information. 6. The driveway here can be a tiny bit congested from like 11a-1pm since that's lunch time and there's a Starbucks in the same plaza. Overall, this Kinko's is a very friendly, accomodating Kinko's with everything I've needed for printing, faxing, copying and shipping.

I went to UPS who told me the electronic label I downloaded was for FedEx but it was not. At FedEx…read morethe Assistant Manager printed the UPS label and even sealed the box and taped it to the box. Service at FedEx was WAY better than UPS and they didn't even make any money from the box. If you have a choice btw UPS and FedEx on 114 in Danvers/Peabody, FedEx is a no brained!!!
