They have a small store - I fly a flag during the summer on a place that's very windy - it gets shredded every 3 summers. They were happy to tell me the difference in fabrics and guide me to an industrial grade one that will stand up to the weather. It didn't break my wallet. Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.

Typically I'd expect to walk into a business and be greeted warmly. Maybe a "how can I help you…read moretoday?" thrown in for good measure. Especially if this business was surely losing customers left and right to comparable online services. But both times I've walked into Sign-a-Rama I've received blank stares as if I've showed up unannounced to a party I wasn't invited to. I went to Sign-a-Rama because all the online sign shops were overwhelming with choices and I needed guidance from an expert. Unfortunately, the owner seemed to know less about available banner stands than I did. Instead of an expert, I got an in-person version of the websites I'd seen, except with less information. Newsflash-- If your small business lacks personality and expertise, you WILL lose out to the Internet. Except in this case. I was strapped for time so I crossed my fingers and ordered the cheapest banner I could. They'd have made much more money off of me if they tried even a little bit. Oh well. The banner turned out fine so 2 stars for that. But I'm not sure I'd go back. Go here if you like being stared at awkwardly.
