And it wasn't a tap, he dented the front bumper on the left side. And not only was I in it, but my two year old son was in the back. I got out of my car, shocked, to ask what had happened. Instead of stopping, he started to drive away. I started yelling to get his attention and he rolled down his window and told me to go f*** myself. That's the kind of person who runs this place.
