First off, I've never been a follower so going to someplace 'cause everyone else does isn't my way of doing things. Second, and here's the thing, for a few bucks more (if even) I'm being treated like a person and not a number. If I need to see something I can go down the street and look at it. If I want feedback I've developed a repour to get an honest answer. They went out of their way to make me happy. That's HUGE in my book. I stopped here to drop off a package for a family member, but apparently they open at 8:30, not…read more8AM! I was so embarrassed. However, they were gracious enough to unlock the door a little early and accept my package. This location isn't the easiest to get to, especially during morning traffic in Lawrence. If you are not used to driving in Lawrence (which I am not), you might be better off using the Fedex drop-off location in Wilmington if self-service isn't your cup of tea. I am so appreciative of their kindness in accepting my package earlier. Next time I will definitely check the store hours first!
