    Very disappointing. The reason I went here was because I was supposed to get a free return, but I…read moreended up paying instead. These people charge a fortune for tape with absolutely no courtesy at all. They charged me $2.00 for just 16 inches of tape, which is ridiculous. They even wanted to charge $4.00 for a single label. Don't come here! The service is terrible. I wouldn't even call it service. Stay away from this UPS Store! UPS should not allow them to represent their brand. The owner makes the UPS image look terrible, especially with all the bad reviews. UPS, if you're seeing this review, please do something. They should be penalized for making UPS look bad and for charging customers when the service is supposed to be FREE. They continue to treat customers rudely and clearly do not understand what "customer service" means.

    I am an online seller with over $10k a month in sales. I usually ship through the USPS except my…read morelarger items. UPS has the best rates for larger box's and tend to usually have better shipping quality. I average about $3500 in shipping cost through USPS and around $18-2500 a month through UPS. Today I dropped a package off at the Convenience store location in the AM , a $78 dollar shipping cost (all done on line) just dropped off on shelf took picture and left. Then this afternoon brought another package $83 dollar shipping cost. Again did all online. Packages weighed less then 8lbs each just larger box's. As I was leaving (with my 4 year old) the man came out and started to berate me about taking pictures in his store. I do this for my buyers out of curtesy and to cover myself from being blamed for lost or damaged packages. I asked him what the problem was , I took a picture of my package and the ups counter (no people or anything) in the picture. He continued to berate me and tell me this isn't a public place and im not allowed to take photos or videos in his store. I said no problem. As other customers where asking him why it's not allowed he just kept saying not public place no no no. I said no problem I'll take my buisnnes to FedEx from now on. Guy was this and Arrogant. All he had to say was "please no pictures " Not Embarrass me in front of everyone.
