Hello Carbon Colors staff, My name is DONALD BELAND…read moreand I am 71 years old, and this is the first time I have ever written a review about a business. I was recently promoted to Chairman of all fundraising activities for the Dracut American Legion, and being new to the process, I was fearful I would screw things up, which would hurt the Legion's opportunity to help veterans of Dracut, and surrounding communities. I turned to Carbon Colors, and it was the best move of all. Ann and her staff greeted me with open arms, and their first question was what were my highest expectations. They listened to what I needed, then courteously offered their suggestions. I could tell right away that they are professionals. All the staff help each other, and their main goal is to produce a product that the customer is more than pleased with. Through your efforts, the Dracut Legion can continue to HELP several needy organizations in the Dracut community. Dracut is lucky to have you, and I wish you continued success in both of your businesses. Ann and her staff are phenomenal. It is a pleasure doing business with you, and there is no other place I would go. Thank you, Don Beland Lowell MA

Ever since then I have been contacting the owner of that company and kept getting put off for MONTHS and given poor excuses and never showing up when he said he was going to replace it with a new one and fix the damages. My husband and I asked for a refund multiple times and he continues pushing that off too. at this point he has both my husband and I blocked and we cannot get ahold of him at all. As a community business owner I absolutely hate posting this regarding another business but enough is enough and I just have to warn others regarding this company.
