Since it was my first business, I had never made cards before and didn't know what to expect... Overall I liked my cards he designed and they were delivered when he said they would be, but - Since then I have ordered other cards from other businesses. I was WAY over charged. I don't know if it was because I was young and he knew I didn't know any better, or if his prices are just that much higher. My second complaint was the cards. They came in two boxes. They were delivered at the same time and kept in the same office in a dry spot. For whatever reason on the second box, almost 3/4 of the cards stuck together on one end. When I pulled them apart it would leave a white spot down the edge. It looked awful and unprofessional, but I had paid so much money for them, I couldn't throw them away. I am in the middle about this place. He was nice and easy to work with, but I think they are super expensive and the final product was sub-par. I have bought my business cards else where since.

They did a great job with my 2-color wrap (color-shift green-silver on sides and purple metallic on top & hood), which looks seamless, like paint, and gets a lot of attention when I drive it around. I was nervous about the process & colors, but they let me take my time and pick whatever I wanted and did an amazing job with the installation. The staff are very friendly, helpful and honest (there are some limitations to wraps, like they last 3-5 years & WS will tell you that up front). She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.

Granted it was a quick check and I asked them specifically to look at one component but it still says a lot about the type of operation they run at Microtime Computers. Most recently I screwed up the installation of a graphics card and I thought I fried my PSU in the process so I brought my system in and they tested it for me. Sure enough, I killed the PSU. I asked what my options were/if they thought I killed other components and the guy told me it was possible that I did but it would be $90 to take a close look. He recommended I buy a new PSU, plug everything up and hope for the best considering I would need a new PSU regardless. If I was having troubles he told me to bring it in first thing Monday and they'd evaluate the whole situation for me. I got lucky and everything survived, system started right up with a new PSU. They could've charged me the $90 and then told me all I needed was the PSU but they didn't do that. I'll be back whenever I have an issue I can't deal with by myself.

Steve and Max are great at explaining things in a way and language that a non-techy person like me can understand, while guiding me in making good long-term choices for my business. They find answers to problems and needs while keeping my budget in mind. Over the years I've referred at least 6 other business clients to them, all of whom are happy with their services.
